KOLONÍAS are another item from Sphere + Sundry's catalogue intended primarily for energetic cleansing. ⠀

Many practitioners already use Florida waters and various Colognes in their magical practices, and these are little-to-no different in application 💦⠀

Ours are Stellar or Planetary in nature, consecrated during their requisite election windows. ⠀

They combine the clearing/ cleansing/ practically STRIPPING power of alcohol (technically enough to disinfect the surfaces you put them on, skin included) with water harvested from the headwaters of Mt. Shasta, colloidal precious metals, organic essential oils, and a keepsake gem associated with each Power.⠀

There is a full mini cleansing protocol that involves applying a quarter sized amount to the hands, wiping them together, and then up and down the auric body from Crown to the base of the feet, focusing on areas that feel "sticky" or blocked. Along this week's guided tour of Deneb Algedi's myriad material facets, we'll also touch on the subtle differences between similar Forms throughout the catalogue, as yesterday showcased Ritual Salts, and we're diving head first today into (drumroll...) 🐳 BATH SALTS! 🐳⠀

To be clear, either can be substituted for the other in a pinch(!), because they both rely on the same primary magical subsidy — SALT, in all of its purifying, protective glory, but from /there/ the formularies start to differ based on intended application.⠀

Ritual Salts are finer, for easier integration into lower temperature waters and more sneaky/ subtle deployment. They may also contain ingredients and essential oils you wouldn't want in a Bath Salt, and never any fats. ⠀

In addition to a high concentration of consecrated herbs, Bath Salts typically contain a sprinkling of each series' Anointing Oil and Salve infusion, making it two in one: a bath Salt AND a bathing Oil, making for a complete experience of purifying AND blessing components, without the extra step or cost. ⠀

These Oils and their herbal infusions also do wonders for the skin, nerves, and muscles, and the essential oil blends chosen for Bath Salts have sustained topical contact in mind. There is often the addition of magnesium, which is absorbed through the skin and promotes... all kinds of good things!⠀
