Pick Your Power Hypnotic Healing Attunement
This meditative experience is designed to attune to the Power of your choice, rather than oriented to one specific Sphere.
It was pilot tested on Austin using the Third Decan of Capricon, and so far, the results have been quite striking!Though we’ll know for sure when that damn book comes out ; )
Note that some influences are going to be more compatible with hypnotic and meditative states than others; but experimenting will be fun! Looking forward to field reports in the CC!
It utilizes the following structures and technologies:
- A brief introduction that guides the listener to cleanse and anoint many points on the body
- A physical hypnotic induction followed by progressive relaxation
- A prayer for immersion, congruence, and congress, which involves requests for true dreams and omens related to our chosen Power
- Calming instrumentation (no vocal overlay)
Music, binaural beats, Hz values, and Solfeggio frequencies still being finalized.
What you will need:
- A Water or Kolonía of your choice
- The Anointing Oil of your choice
- Comfortable loose clothing (you will need to access areas such as your heart center, belly, low back, and feet for anointing)
- Time and space for meditating where you will not be disturbed (phone off, less than an hour)
- Optional: a Salve.
- Optional: Headphones if you wish for the binaural beat effects
- Optional: Eye mask
- Optional: To be before or set your own Altar for the experience
What this does NOT include:
- ANY subliminal messaging (things you cannot decipher, but which are suggested)
- ANY self-serving promotional messaging (on behalf of Sphere + Sundry or Kaitlin personally)
- ANY harmful, overly personal, or sexually-oriented suggestions which people might find objectionable
What it DOES:
- Facilitates deeper somatic, mental, and spiritual connection to the materia applied
- Invokes general Remedial, healing, and spiritual benefits
Its origin story:
Friday February 13th 2026, Venus conjoined the fixed star Fomalhaut, alongside the North Node and Mercury upon the Midheaven in the hour of Jupiter, with an unafflicted Moon conjunct the fixed star Vega, opposite Jupiter in Cancer upon the Ascendant.
This presented a potent opportunity to do something — though by Coppockian standards, 2026’s pass of Venus through Pisces is not Remedial-grade enough (mostly due to Nodal affliction) to traditionally Talismanify for broader public recommendation. AND this is not ONLY a Venus election (the hour is Jupiter’s; Jupiter is rising!), or ONLY a Fomalhaut election (Vega is strongly involved, which offers protection, especially when engaged in journeying and spirit-flight).
I have wanted for years to create genuine Talismanic auditory experiences, specifically hypnotic attunements intended for healing, and typically never have the opportunity. This particular election, however, seemed perfect for it, as Rahu potentiates mental and emotional suggestibility, and myriad other factors all align for facilitating just such an experience.
A full Altar was created as the stage for this recording, with offerings and prayers — just as when creating a standard series. The words passed through Thema Mundi Incense smoke and the microphone was anointed with Venus-Fomalhaut Oil where the words entered it. Its ritual recording was completed within the working window.
Relevant background:
In April of 2008 following 175-hours of in-person training with additional field-work, I graduated the Knightsbridge Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP, becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) in the state of Oregon.
I have not performed the continuing education to maintain the credentials in the almost 2-decades since, as my professional path long diverged from the practice (no such thing is required to offer guided meditations on the internet anyway!), but the use of journeying and language to facilitate the healing process has remained a heartfelt life-long interest.
Everything I ever did, lead to doing exactly as I do today…

The quality of this meditation is easily on par with anything I've purchased from the Monroe Institute in the past. I have used both tracks a couple times now and it feels like new aspects of the incantation reveal themselves to me every time.
I have been using Pick Your Power particularly as an attempt to remediate tricky natal placements and strongly recommend it for this purpose.
I experienced this meditation during the live session, using Asclepius as my power. The audio was powerfully relaxing and put me in a gentle trance. It was a great way to contemplate and commune with Asclepius and I have really ramped up my relationship with that series/power in the weeks since. I’m looking forward to using the audio over and over!
OK, apologies for the grim techbro header, just the kind of grit Kaitlin's voice and words will soothe. Her writing and delivery are a delight, text rich and multi-faceted. I continue to hear pieces that I swear are new, despite having made big use of the recording.
I was nudged to listen every day for five days, in a sequence that started with Thema Mundi and became a kind of curriculum. By day three I realised materia were engaging in new ways, aligned and encouraging, getting me to explore different ways to move forward in the world.
All of that kicked off on an eclipse, and I'm glad I only read afterward that might not be advisable. To me it was intuitively right Thema's solar and lunar tag-team made it the go-to opener, and that's what happened. Not always easy, but even then I found a way through, and was held, and the core of that is now exploring ways to access the powers materia represent without the materia themselves. Which is implicit in Kaitlin's empowering text, or maybe I got it wrong and I should stop doing that?

This is the highest quality guided meditation I’ve ever experienced, even though it’s really more than that.
The narration is award-worthy on so many levels.
Firstly, it’s effective. I’m not always the most susceptible to suggestion and this induced a very deep state. By the end it sharpened my divination sensibilities so much that I found myself posing a litany of questions and receiving immediate answers from deep in the body.
The writing is beautiful and visually evocative, speaking deeply to noble and powerful magical aspirations. It’s delivered with excellence, very sonorous but also generous. It opens the gates to the journey with a feeling of being cared for and supported, as though there’s a voice that wants you to be blessed, empowered, and do well for yourself in the world.
I have already revisited it and will continue to do so whenever I need healing, wisdom, or a guide for working magically with any substance or offering.
This audio experience and guided meditation is a wonderful way to get more out of any materia / series S&S has to offer. The music is especially transformative.

As an overall audio experience (that I am very generously allowed to use AGAIN and AGAIN since it is downloadable!), it is deeply relaxing and (very importantly) not at all corny. The perfect balance of vibes. Nothing distracting, all relaxing.
As for the results, I found this a very effective way to engage with my power of choice. In a period where I've been pushing myself 110%, this higher level connection to Asclepius has made rest and relaxation deeper and more restorative. I look forward to experimenting with other powers in the near future!
Being part of this Venusian healing session was a true gift — one that worked quietly within me and rippled outward to all of us. In turbulent times, it's easy to overlook the grace of what's being held at bay. Subtle healing doesn't always announce itself, but like the unseen work of prevention, its presence is felt in the softness of what doesn't come to pass.
