We created the Plus Membership Subscription in 2021 to help manage launch traffic driven by pursuit of limited edition offerings, since site crashes had become a painful and inevitable “feature” of the shopping experience.
Here’s what it offers
RARE ITEM LOTTERY

A link to enter the Lottery is emailed to Plus Members once it opens for submission (there are usually about 24-hours to enter).
After the Lottery closes, we validate the entries, add extra entries for qualifying Members (more on that below!), and randomly scramble the spreadsheet to create an ordered list.
The Plus Member at the top gets what they want, and so on, until all Rare Items set aside for the Lottery are spoken for. We email all the entrants letting them know if they won, and which of what of they selected is on hold for them.

(Manual invoices with payment links are sent to Lotto winners within the week. Items are held in reserve for up to 30-days, when “ghosted” items are returned to general stock and made available on the website.)

The Plus Member Pre-Launch makes all stock from a brand new series available for the first time, including standard offerings like Anointing Oils, Waters, Perfumes, &c.
This includes all remaining Rare Items — Talismans, Altar Box Sets, Copper Vessels, and more — which are almost always spoken for by Plus Members by the time a launch goes public.
Plus Members that did not win the Lottery usually have a very good chance of getting what they want in the Pre-Launch if they are ready to shop when it goes live, and are willing to be a good sport about server issues.
Note that the Pre-Launch offers a preview of the write-up, photos, and individual offering descriptions, but these are not guaranteed to be finished or finalized, as they are often in-progress by the time a Pre-Launch goes live. It can provide an interesting peak into “how the sausage is made“, which some Plus Members enjoy!
Communication about the status of these elements is always available in the Client Community updates.
BIRTHDAY BOONS
There are 3-4 dates involved for launching each series. If your birthday falls on any of them, get what you want automatically.

If your birthday falls on the day a series was created, the day the Lotto opens, the Plus Member Pre-Launch, or the public “Launch-Launch”, then you automatically win whatever Talismans or Rare Items you select by entering the Lottery!
The same 30-day grace period to make payment applies, as if you had won organically.
We do require ID authentication due to past Lottery fraud, unfortunately!
Plus Membership 4.0 includes EXPANDED BENEFITS.
As a thank you to your long-term patrons, each FULL YEAR of active Membership earns you an ADDITIONAL ENTRY in every Lottery you enter, increasing your odds of winning!
EXAMPLE: A Plus Member who has renewed consistently since 2021 will get 6 entries total (1 + 5 extras) in 2026 (following the anniversary of their sign-up date).
