Unless otherwise specified, orders typically ship within 1-2 working days from Jacksonville, OR. Due to increased activity around launches, please allow longer for fulfillment after the debut of a new series (typically 7 days, excluding weekends).

Note that the mail *class* you specify is the way it will SHIP, not necessarily when we get to it in the shipping queue. If you got overnight shipping (esp. during busy periods), please write into the support portal to let us know, so that we can do our best to ensure your package is packed quickly and dropped off in time for the cutoff.

Also note that for the West Coast, UPS Ground can often be as fast or only slightly slower than Overnight, and are less likely to get lost/ delayed in our experience. UPS also allows for Saturday delivery.

If you notice any issues with the shipment or tracking of your package, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to correct the situation.

Due to the irreplaceable nature of our offerings, we take the utmost care in packing shipments. If any of your items appear to have been damaged in transit, please contact us right away. It may not be possible to replace limited items, but we will always find a way to make things right.

To combat the potential for fraud, refunds and replacements will NOT be issued for packages that show as delivered through tracking. If you have issues with mail theft and deliverability, please choose to send your package to a safer address. Refunds and replacements cannot be issued due to customer errors in shipping information they provided once a package has already been shipped.

Regardless of the legalities, we want people to have good and safe experiences with our wares. Please exercise common sense and good judgment in all their uses and applications. Below are some basic guidelines.

CONSUMPTION

Unless otherwise stated on a per-product basis, none of our goods are intended for consumption by humans or animals, and may be toxic, hazardous, allergy-inducing, or even deadly. The use of such ingredients is informed by traditional correspondences, for the sake of creating powerful and authentic materia. Any decision to consume our products is undertaken at the user's sole risk and responsibility, and in doing so the client and all their associates release Kaitlin Coppock, Sphere + Sundry LLC, its owners and associates, from any and all liability for any reaction that occurs as a consequence, including but not limited to allergic reactions and death.

PATCH TEST BEFORE APPLICATION

Always perform patch tests on skin, fabrics, or other mediums before applying any oil, powder, or formula. Many of our goods contain ingredients that will cause contact reactions or stain, though we do try to include specific warnings in product copy for things that are high risk in that regard. Never apply near the mouth, eyes, or to sensitive areas. Store items in a safe place, away from where children or pets could gain access.

HANDLING OF FIRE AND FLAME

Make sure to clear packaging materials away from candles before burning them. Never close the lids on box sets while a flame or ember is burning. Never leave open flame or burning materials unattended. Always make sure activities involving flame and heat are done on a fireproof and stable surface. Keep the area above and around candles and incense clear of anything that may be a fire hazard.

We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be received when you order, but there can be significant acceptable variations in the end-result of handmade goods in the form of appearance and even sizing. All measurements of mass and volume are approximate and may vary slightly from pour to pour, or fill to fill.

Note that natural dyes tend to dissipate over time, and other herbal ingredients can cause the color of oils to change as well. Any change in color will not impact the magical efficacy of the vast majority of items.

While we aspire to good aesthetics and presentation, there are extremely limited timeframes in which truly talismanic items can be produced. We are forever working to maximize output while still retaining a high standard of quality on all levels of both form and function. This can mean that the final result isn't as flawless as commercially mass-produced products often are, where anything that isn't 'perfect' is considered unacceptable and thrown away, or works of art where all the time in the world can be taken to make sure something is just-so before being offered for view or sale.

The primary value of our offerings is derived from being constructed with the right ritual processes and intent, at the right time, and with the right materials. Their effect and potency is in no way damaged by looking like what they are, which are completely unique and individually handcrafted. It is a higher priority for us to offer more items to more people than to waste good magic because there are some 'wet spots' where the wax didn't adhere perfectly to the candle jar.

We have faith our clients will appreciate the ethical manner in which we approach the creation of our offerings, and also that what they are getting is a completely unique, irreplaceable, and one-of-a-kind.

Most of out goods are perishable by nature of using natural ingredients. Shelf life and potency depend on many factors, such as the base good, storage, and contamination through application. We cannot guarantee how long any given product will remain fresh, and encourage our client's to use what they have within a year of receipt.

Due to the nature of our offerings, Sphere + Sundry cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any orders that have been shipped EXCEPT in the case of something breaking in transit and being unusable as a result, or in the case we made an error and sent the wrong item.

Refund and exchange requests are typically honored, so long as the items in question have not yet been shipped.
