You should get an email notification that a support ticket has been opened on your behalf, which will be replied to shortly after the lotto closes. We will reply with the results.

Worry not if you didn’t get your selection, only about 1/2 of rare items are put through the lottery! You’ll get a chance for Talismans, Altar Boxes, and the entire series during the Plus Member Pre-Launch very soon!
