Sphere and Sundry candles are very, very special. It's hard to describe how a room fills with their feeling when they are alight. This series has such overall sweet and comforting vibes and this candle is a culmination of that resonance. Using this candle in devotion on Fridays inspires a tickling urge to sing to the birds in my yard. I'll catch myself laughing with a bubbling joy at the way the light sparkles off other objects on the altar. Devotion becoming Delight.
...or maybe it should be this one packs a...kiss??? Nah but like for real this candle is so magical. It instantly shifts the vibe to one of cozy self care and connection. When this series was first created and Kaitlin posted teasers, it was the large candle that caught my eye and snagged my heart. Sometimes I am amazed that we can even use money to buy these things, like sure take my tiny paper rectangles in exchange for this magic candle like for sure I am getting the better deal here lmfao. But seriously, these really do pack quite the magical charge. I am loving mine and am so grateful to have it!
The first time we lit the candle, we made plans to visit family and friends for Thanksgiving, a favorite get together, and ultimate eating fest. The second time we lit it, we discovered that the used rug we scored on Facebook Marketplace for very cheap was actually brand new in the packaging and beautiful in our new dining room. My partner used it today to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of his brother‘s passing. He had a heartfelt zoom call with his family.
Wow. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to write reviews for candles, as even though these are magical {therefore allowing a testimonial to be entirely based on that alone}, they are also just stunning, substantial pieces that feel like luxury. I really never need another type of candle again if I can just have this kind . . . and specifically the ones from Venus' Earthly Delights. But I know they'll eventually run out, sadly, and I'll await with great enthusiasm the next Venus in Taurus election for something just as divine. As soon as I took this out of the box I received it in, I was overcome by its powerful magic, in the best way possible. Haven't even lit it yet, but I've found that S+ candles emit their blessings no matter what. In fact, they're perfect altar pieces either way!
This created a wonderful feeling when I first lit it on the altar for a Friday Venus devotion. Gentle, warm vibes. S+S candles are worth the investment.
