Beautiful support after emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding trials in life. It definitely opens the drapes and lets the light in after the darkness has subsided.

My experience of this powder is a gentle and supportive of expanding awareness. Recovering from an episode of grieving, one can feel so vulnerable and turned inward around ones pain and loss. This powder, kept next to my bed at night or sprinkled into a little traveling pouch I could keep in my pocket, helped me to feel I could open myself to the day ahead. It brought the nudge of support and a connection to the understanding that pain and grief are universal, filling me with compassion for myself and those I came into contact with.

Like the title says. I have a natal cancer moon and a horrid relationship with my mother (sadly) and this series has been such a blessing in my life. I have several versions of this series, but this powder is so versatile - I have used it in so many ways - sachets, adding to homemade lotions, a splash in my bath water, the uses are only bound by your imagination.

This is hands down my favorite powder from S+S. It’s been really great at giving me more capacity, in tandem with my somatic experiencing work. I’m able to open up more to feel pain without fear, while feeling supported.

I also receive so many downloads and inspirations about the nature of my pain and my psyche, and ways to heal in the moment. When something arises for me that I would normally turn or cringe away from in pain, or distract myself from, I get a nudge to be curious about openly welcoming the feeling or experience. It makes the work of transmutation and transformation much lighter and easier, and ultimately quickens the process.

Ascending Heart Powder is JOYFUL. I worked my way through a bottle of IH oil (i got my back up), a lot of the Descending Heart Powder working through some really old, inherited pain and dynamics and Ascending is really for when I need a pat in the back, remember I’m not where I was and that I’m in a much better peaceful and joyful way. I love this series and I think it is my favorite of all the S+S series. The description given, though short, is accurate. I feel like new hope has opened up in a set of dynamics that have felt stagnant and unhealthy for a long time. It has also marked new lightness and spirit in my mother that has translated to me! Truly grateful.

Really lovely sub-set of IH, a great ally, a hug, brought a comforting lightness for grief in the heart and lungs. Also, it's sometimes said that when we're at a low point individually and collectively, resonant unwell ancestors can come to the fore for healing, and I found that Ascending Heart was great to connect with as the spirit of healthy ancestors that Daniel Foor often talks about to help move that energy and resource it with what it needs. If you're feeling alone, the prayer that Kaitlin provides with the IH series really does help me feel like IH has my back.

I sprinkled these inside my shoes (after spraying myself with the IH water) because I knew I was going to have a trying day, and I felt emotional exhausted. Throughout the day, I felt like I was able to keep going, and not be ground down by some of the negativity. I asked that I be given the ability to sustain others, and this sustained me during that day.

I’ve used this as an offering to my ancestors as a way to heal and uplift them. I’ve felt lighter encounters since and perhaps more flashes of light and blessings. Looking forward to new ways of integrating this powder into my practice.
