I got this oil for general, non-Marsy protection while pregnant but ended up relying on it to help navigate the legal and financial systems following my mother’s death as well as for contract negotiations on buying a new house. It’s been great for managing my mother’s estate, and my husband and I closed on the house in three weeks with no complications (the day before I gave birth). I’m very grateful for this materia in helping me keep my head despite the hormonal struggles of pregnancy brain!
(Also: I love layering this with the Land of Golden Plenty subset for negotiations or interactions with financial/government officials—you get glamour plus protection/legal help. It makes everything pleasant and easy for everyone involved!)
I bought this oil and incense to have on hand just in case. My friend was going through some trouble so I gave her some of this materia along with DA. So far, things have gone well and her side was acknowledged by people of authority and she's been treated well. I'm very thankful I had this on hand to give it to her. I have been working with this oil for several weeks now for a longterm operation to resolve something that involves several other beings and which has been a source of ongoing struggle for me for many years now. I have tried everything to get out of it, including fighting tooth and nail, to no success. I've now moved into a phase of dealing with the situation from the standpoint of non-violence - no more fighting, we have to find a way live in peace. The more I fight the worse it gets. I saw the write up to this subset and wondered - could this Power help me toward this end?
When under attack from this aforementioned situation, there are certain places on the right side of my body that I feel it. When I first anointed myself with this oil, with the intention and instruction that it resolve the situation to "the best case scenario for all concerned" a strong jolt of energy flew straight over to the main place on my right side - like an electric shock - zapped! Now every time I apply it, a gentle surge of energy flows over there and it's given me real hope that in time, things will get resolved, and for the benefit of all of us caught up in it.
I got this to help support me with a difficult divorce proceeding... the tide does seem to be turning in my favour.
It smells and feels like a dry, sweet, spicy golden amber warmth. It's a fresh invigorating feeling of pleasure and "sunny" happiness. Safe and Insulated. A beautiful invocation of creativity.
In the 2 hours prior to Spica's arrival I had a rare and paradigm-expanding creative breakthrough.
After anointing my forehead with the oil, I felt energetically cocooned by something like a large, thick, loosely felted "room-sized" cocoon. I was unusually physically and mentally sharp. Lots of womb/fetal/umbilical/seed growing symbolism experienced.
It has helped me be a more patient mother as well, and be more easily engaged in pretend play. My Capricorn Moon loves the feeling that I can let go of control and just flow with it, and feel happy even in the "spilled milk" and chaotic moments.
I got this oil for a specific legal thing. But as I was getting the feel of it, I was immediately suprised how energizing and uplifting it was. It has been fantastic layered with VAD - I’ve had amazing, completely ”out of the blue” music, theatre and friendship fun experiences while wearing it. This subset also does not let you just chill (like many Venus derived materia typically does) - it is energizing, but in a pleasant, not in a nervous way. Highly recommended!- what a treasure of pleasant surprises this particular subset is.
I haven't worked with Best Case Scenario in any legal situation but I wear this oil when I know I am going to be interacting with critical people and have experienced a softening with those interactions. One was with my supremely judgemental mother, and I actually found her to be warm and shockingly nice.

Best case scenario was released the week after I filed for divorce. It’s been very contentious and difficult time with a lot of moving pieces. Overall everything has been working out okay for me and this is definitely helping me stay positive through the pain. So grateful for Sphere and Sundry.

Immediately I apply this balm my breathing becomes fuller, deeper. That alone is welcome during trying times. And it's just part of the nourishment in a year that's otherwise been serving up thin gruel. Quality food bargains have been a frequent feature, and the sense of protection I experience is beyond better oxygenation at a time I've been taking risks and not earning.
Balm applied to a candle allowed me to support one friend experiencing family distress with legal aspects. Another's housing situation became secure long term within days after months of anxiety - Spica kolonia and Golden Plenty oil used then too.
Office politics can be war by another name. My coworker had a calculated meltdown and tried to smear my name in the process of avoiding a minor work task.
Luckily, I had slept with the Best Case Scenario oil on my hands the night before. Not kidding. I just 'flipped the script' on a whole lot of nonsense here at work. No way to move forward without the bosses adding polish and shine to my name. Go Go Go Spica!
