First of all, this oil has the richest, sweetest scent of all the Cap III subsets—it almost smells like you’re wearing a honey pot for money. I’ve been wearing this at work a lot, and I keep getting pulled into meetings about our financial obligation plans and getting assigned to create purchase request packages (I am NOT an accountant, and I’ve never had to do this before). My natal Mercury is in my 8th house (I.e., other people’s money), and my natal Saturn is in Cap III, so it’s interesting how this series pings both of those placements.

While Jupiter and Venus ime are good for expanding wealth, gifts, promoting ease of increasing income/assets, this subset seems a lot better for making SMART decisions with your money. Figuring out where your money is leaking, cutting out excess spending, eliminating debt etc. A really solid investment for anyone trying to get the most out of your money magic, especially when it comes to things that you can control in day-to-day life. Exalted Mercury makes it work faster for you, and I can’t wait to see what happens when I offer to St Expedite!

I tend to ruminate about money and often worry about having enough, and during tax season I often will even lose sleep worrying that we'll get some giant tax bill (oh self employed life lol). I've tried a lot of things to ease my worries with little to no success. When I saw this subset I thought wow, this might be a really perfect way to do some spellwork around my anxiety and possibly ease some tension. Boy has it ever! I'm feeling better than ever about our finances and much less worried, and interesting my husband and I have both had excellent financial news ever since this series landed. I recommend this!

I gave this one to a plant rather than using it personally. I anointed the leaves and then applied it to the honey “pot of gold” it grows in. The plant has gained in fullness, grown in stature, and my finances have done the same. I love how Saturnian this series is. It’s so grounded and practical in a dream field way that really shows up. So impressive.

The Coin incense is immediately one of my top favorites. It burns exceptionally well and truly has its own unique ”personality”. The oil makes me feel eager but measured. The mercurial Saturn energy is noticable right away. I automatically turn more inwards to measure my words before I speak. I am also able think more clearly, as well as to find and trust my own intuition and counsel. I am directed to long term planning. Mercury (my chart ruler) can easily get caught in wasting time with details, but here it is ruled by Saturn, and acts a lot more strategic. On the other hand, Saturn can use a little playfulness, which takes away the depressive side of Saturn and can lead to innovation and breakthroughs. In addition to researching and making smart financial moves, I am planning to use this energy for writing and studying because Mercury and Saturn work together so well here and offer amazing support.
