Water of Asclepius
Freshly drawn waters from Mt. Shasta, rose of jericho, ritually harvested incense cypress, and sustainably collected white sage, distilled with carnelian via copper alembic and tucked into beds of consecrated Asclepius materia to incubate. A small amount of grain alcohol to preserve, along with essential oils of rosemary and frankincense.

Universal magic with the strong, lenient God. I miss it when I run out. Cleansing, cooling, comforting.
I have various items from this series - the soap, lip balm, kolonia and water. The water is versatile for spraying in spaces, on clothing, bed linen and onto the self (or others). The smell is wonderfully clarifying but not too strong or overpowering.
I like spraying this indirectly (crown chakra, pillowcases) for a mild calming effect because the smell is so lovely, but I recently found that a full spritz to the face actually gives the best/most potent results and sleep finds me within 20 minutes. I’d sort of written off waters/hydrosols previously because I always sought out the most powerful materia of any series first (usually the oil), but I’m beginning to learn and love the power of cleansing forms and this was a great intro.
One of the first items I bought from S+ and I am so glad I have it. Thank you, Sphere and Sundry, for this reset button. I'm ordering the body butter soon because I want to have something to share with family who might need more than just the water application.
Although I use the Asclepius oil most, the spray is key for quick clearings and refreshes! Def add to your collection. A must have for pre and post ritual work!
Although I was more tightly in sync with the Water of Asclepius I.I, this batch is equally potent. Any Asclepius wares will most likely remain my favourites of all S+S materia. I apply the Divine Physician's water when in need of instant relief from acute stressful factors, internal and external. It works as if it were the cleaning crew of the auric field, and in that sense impactful on all levels, from the spiritual, to the mundane, down to the cellular. Full detox and nurturing protection, when called upon. Love everything it teaches about health, which turns out to be 80% hygiene (and equilibrium).
Out of everything in the Asclepius lineup, this water gets the most points for ease and convenience. Feel a cold coming on? Stub your toe? Racing thoughts? A couple spritzes of this water and get relief in mere seconds. Also it's incredible for sleep and relaxing the nervous system. I have made homemade sprays with the Asclepius kolonia and they work wonderfully, but in terms of sheer potency per spray this water probably comes out on top. Hard to imagine life without this water, but a little goes a long way so I know I have some time before I restock.
I love this water. I always want it on hand. It’s perfect for a quick refresh and reset. It goes with everything and excellent for balancing with the malefics!
As a neurodivergent individual, I tend to struggle with hygiene routines and in the past using small scale rituals have helped me maintain better regimens. I ordered both the soap and water of Asclepius to be the focal point of these rituals, and while they're not daily habits, they have increased in frequency and potency. It's much easier to wash away the troubles of the week and spritz off before bed to help quiet my mind and ease my body for sleep. Simply holding the bottle, or soap and inhaling deeply can bring me back to a calm center with their enchanting fragrance, thank you all for such wonderful tools ~
Love this stuff. My primary use for this water so far is that I spritz some around my head/face before my morning meditation, which I do very shortly after waking up. It doesn't induce a particular state so much as just make me feel lighter and smoother and more "neutral," which is why I like it so much for first thing in the morning - it creates a fresh, clean slate to build off of. It feels extremely all-purpose and I can see going through it *very* fast.
Clears the energy of the room so well. Once I used it (almost) all over my body before putting on some asclepius salve on top and I pretty much just collapsed into sleep. Potent!
Every time my throat feels funny, I spray this and say the prayer. I always wake up feeling good and the funny throat feeling is gone!
I use this water for everything: energetic cleansing, energy shifting, or just when I needed a break (mentally, physically, etc.) This is the most versatile materia, Asclepius is taking a good care of my health mind-body-soul. The effect is effervescent, immediate, and gently uplifting any situation. Simply can't live without!
Great for cleansing your aura, for cleansing space (will also have to try cleansing my tarot decks with it!). One spritz on my face and I feel refreshed, it feels like a nice breeze. Also, the spray water form is just super convenient.
I've also used it before sleep on my pillow and it made me fall asleep instantly, even after my cat woke me up at 3 am. BUT I felt like I remembered every single dream I had during the night, I literally couldn't count how many things I've seen in my dreams on the nights I've used it, it was so many. I'm already usually a vivid and intense dreamer but that was quite a lot ahah.
I'm still getting the feel for this one, but I absolutely understand the hype. I'm glad I jumped on the train before this one sold out, and I'm looking forward to exploring more uses for this! So far it's worked best for me for cleansing spaces/objects, though instead of spraying it into the air I tend to spray it onto my hands and then run my hands over/above whatever I'm intending to cleanse, as the scent is quite strong and I live with folks who can be sensitive to that. Layers well with the lavender spray I use on my sheets.
I put myself on the list for a notification when the bigger bottle comes in stock. This was a wonderful part of my bedtime routine. It smelled wonderful and put me in the right mindset for getting rid of the "residue" of the day and getting ready for meditation. Perfect for people who have a lot of nervous energy like me.
As soon as there was a re-stock I got a small bottle of Agua De Asclepio, I should have ordered the larger version, I use it when I have some minor discomfort, headaches for example, and boy does it help to dissipate them, I also use a little in my bed to sleep like an angel.
The smell of this is so familiar and reassuring - it's really nice to be able to get this offering fairly consistently as it does feel like the most straightforward cleansing item that S+S offer. The effects from this one don't seem as instaneous as one from a former Asclepius series, but it still works and is pleasurable to use.
So powerful for use after heavy client sessions and psychic/psychological work.
Quick and effective results that help foster clarity and shift the gunk and energetic crap. Highly recommend!
I recently tried the new batch of Water of Asclepius, and it feels even more potent than before. It clears energy effectively and brings an immediate sense of calm and focus.
As other reviews have mentioned, this is amazing for clearing the air (both of actual germs and just psychic miasma). But it turns out it's great for pets, too! I spray this on my cat's brush and she loves it, and it has often helped her when she was suffering from some kind of ailment both to feel better and heal faster, but also to reveal something was wrong so I could get her to the vet. We also found an amazing vet that cost half what her previous vet did, and I think that's down to Asclepius!
This I find has similar effects of smudging with sage, only instantaneous, and humidifying at the same time! It clears the energy and my mind, gently, like fresh spring air.
My go to for energetic cleansing and refreshing…great for self-application or to cleanse a space. Is also amazing for aches and pains—it has totally dissolved multiple headaches for me. Very handy for evening out hotter materia like Mars as well.
I love using this daily, when I catch myself in the middle of an anxious episode or negative thought patterns, and before I'm about to head into anxiety-inducing situations. The smell is SO refreshing and instantly calming. I also spritz a bit on a targeted area, rub til it dries, and seal it with the Asclepius anointing oil. I find that the water adds a lil oomph in alleviating the pain. I regret not getting the bigger bottle!
The Water of Asclepius is truly a health essential for me. I've applied it before getting on a plane, when I've got a headache, sprayed it on my sheets when I'm having trouble relaxing into my bedtime routine, and even on my cat's beds to help with tummy problems! Such a blessing and definitely materia I will be working with for a long time!
This is my most used water out of any series. I always turn to Asclepius water for a quick energetic cleanse, and it never fails.
...but you don't even really need to, because just a little spritz is powerful enough! I will spray myself as a quick little clearing or pick-me-up, but my FAVORITE way to use this is to spray my bed linens. There is no sleep like sleeping in a freshly made bed, liberally spritzed with Water of Asclepius. Incredibly relaxing and restoring.
I feel like if you are only going to purchase a single item from S+S, this is the one. This was the first item that I finished an entire bottle of (a small size, but I replaced it immediately with the full size!). I used this water as a quick headache treatment, I use it as a cleanser, I use it a LOT with clients during ritual, spellwork, and breathwork. I use it when I need to get my energy cleared quickly, and I use it when I am feeling foggy. It's good for so many things, so useful, and I love the smell and the sensation that it provides. Clients LOVE this stuff! One experience in particular stands out - I was doing a breathwork session with a client in their hotel room, and there was a weird smell in the room. They said the smell was there the whole time they had been there (3 days) even though they left the door and window open. I got to work clearing and warding the space. I sprayed this in the 4 corners of the room, and the weird smell vanished and never came back. Even with the window closed. So yeah! This stuff is magic! And profoundly useful magic at that.
I use a quick spritz of this when I feel a headache brewing and it lifts it immediately. I think that, of all the various S+S products, it's the waters that are the most accessible and effective for me. They're great!
