I’m very sensitive to fragrance, so I was a bit hesitant to dive into this series. I’m so glad I finally took the plunge with Water of Fomalhaut! I live near the shore on the US west coast, and this application reminds me of the salty scent I’m always delighted to detect on sunny days a few miles from the beach. Most importantly, though, since beginning to work with this water, I’ve experienced big breakthroughs with dream work and my art practice. Definitely a visionary vibe!

It's a nice pillow spray, brings deep sleep.

I love this water so much. Nothing makes me instantly so calm and perseptive as spraying this water. I love to spray it on my pillow before sleeping, together with using body butter it gives me sensation that I literally float to sleep.

Water sprays tend to be one of my go-to forms of S+S materia so I was really looking forward to this when I decided to dive into the Fomalhaut series. If the fishy/ocean scent of this series is a deterrent for anyone I would recommend the water because I did not find the scent to be unpleasant or overpowering at all. A spritz of this on my bed linens leads to the most deep, restorative sleep. Spraying it over myself creates a calm state where I find myself open to self-reflection in a really deep, profound way. Although I have not used it for divination purposes, I could see how this would be very useful in that sense.

I work as a dancer in a club. Surprisingly, this water has elevated my earnings, performance, and overall experience at work more than the S+S products I had intended to use specifically for this purpose. (For example, EVII left me feeling a bit too open and boundary-less, and seemed to invite a similar lack of boundaries from customers.) When I use Fomalhaut, I feel I am embodying siren energy. I attract more customers to me, and when I approach I am able to close sales with greater naturalness and ease. Shifts slip by quickly and I float through them, relaxed and centered. It provides a magnetic aura. I do find that it's useful to layer with something else for my particular type of work -- ex. Door-Key oil -- to bring a kind of focus and sharpness to my communications. I actually bought this water and other Fom materia for my artistic and spiritual practice, and it has been useful for these too, but I wanted to write this review to share this more unexpected application.

I love to use the water of Fomalhaut for two different uses. The first one is to zone out and follow my thoughts as they go. Fomalhaut helps me leave my own way of sensing things to enter into the realms of others, their sensations, their world. The second one is more practical : I love thrift shopping and when I spray myself before with F, I always find amazing stuff.

This smells like the ocean and that's a wonderful thing. Feels very comforting. I have it near my bed and I spray it to have a good night's sleep. It's very dreamy and supports you in being creative and coming up with ideas. I also love whales and I think the design on the sticker is beautiful!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this series, but I love it. Regarding practical usage, it regularly helps me find lost items around the house. However, the metaphysical uses are the most profound. It helps with divination, but mostly it just helps with receptivity, and I have noticed that it can serve as cloaking when you don’t want to attract attention. It has also stirred my creativity in subtle and interesting ways—between this and several other series, I’ve done more wood-burning and painting in the last few months than I have in years.

(Yes, it does smell like the ocean/a bit fishy when you first spray it, but it has lovely floral undertones that reveal themselves soon afterwards.)

I really love this water for prepping myself/auric body for ritual, banishing, etc. It potently helps to see and perceive in a very clear and immediate way. The strong odor caught me by surprise at first but it feels appropriate and it really does dissipate quickly. Pairs obviously well with Jupiter's Empyreal Vantage and Luna in Cancer.

All of the Fomalhaut materia is amazing, I've used it with great success for divinatory/ dream work and for just easing into meditative states.

The water in particular I like to use to prep myself, and get into the mood before doing card readings and I've found helps me unwind relax and "soften" my mind and thoughts to be more receptive to messages and images.
