Butter Ocean Steep + Smoke

I've been through 2 small tins of this stuff, I'm almost out now and also should've bought more. I drink it as the most soothing tea that leaves me with a general sense of wellbeing -- I like to mix it with the honey and then add a splash of milk and a pat of butter. It has a mellow butterscotch flavor, and I've steeped it for hours at a time and have yet to have it go bitter at all. If it pops up on the community market and you're on the fence, get it.

I steeped this in some milk and used it to make white hot chocolate, and it is heavenly, soothing, and so, so lush. Feels like it makes my entire body unwind, muscles relax, and mind stop racing. It also tastes fantastic, and I wish I'd bought more of it!

I definitely prefer this as a steep, as the maple syrup adds a really nice sweetness to tea. Perfect for creating a moment to really lighten the mood after a long day. I was surprised at how fast my perception changed after having the first sip of this in tea, literally every single sip was nostalgic joy.

I add a touch of Butter Ocean Steep + Soak to my tea, and it is so incredibly calming and has a lovely buttery flavor. I have to be selective about when I use it, because it’s quite sedating. Very effective for when I want to feel like I’m wrapped up in a soothing cocoon.

I've had this for a while planning on using it for baths but never did. The last couple of weeks were super stressful with a lot of tension build up in my body and this was the solution! I went for the triple whammy of tea, herbal inhaler + plus the corresponding oil. I could feel the tension melt away instantly. Haven't slept like this in a long time!

steep and smokes are some of my favourite materia, and BO is no exception. So relaxing, clearing away the stress of the day. I partake in multiple ways, in my pipe, as a tea, dressing candles, burning with incense, and as a floor wash it can't be beat. Thank you Kait for this fantastic offering!

Brewed as tea, this s&s is perfect for counteracting hyperactivity. I drink this whenever I need to come down from the various Mercury series' influence, as well as for alleviating my general insomnia.

When I'm not using it to help me sleep, I like adding just a bit to my teacup to give me a sense of cheerful calm. Something about it makes me feel like a scene where an adult is reading a bedtime story to a child. It's the feeling of happy comfort. To contrast, "Within the Sky" s&s feels very sober to me. It is calming, but that one has more of a meditative calm than this series.

Upon opening the beautifully packed tin, I was greeted with a delightful aroma that instantly set a serene atmosphere. The very light fragrance was delicate and balanced with notes that relaxed my senses while simultaneously calming my mind. Pleasant taste. Perfect for an escape from the chaos and pressures of daily life.

This works like the best de-stress tea ever. You need help unwinding? BO S&S. You need to treat yourself a little? BO S&S. You need to just have a good moment to yourself? BO S&S. It's great after a long day, a busy work day, or when you've had a stressful moment. Works well prior to going to sleep to facilitate some deep relaxing sleep. I have added an almond/coconut creamer to it, and its like a mini paradise vacation in a mug. (Sure we all love pina coladas, but we can't always drink them from an appropriate time or because sobriety is a real thing - but this is better!)
