I hadn't had the opportunity to use ritual salt, but on a trip I took in March 2025, I used a little of it and some oil to place it in certain strategic places in an apartment I have in another city. I certainly drove away a person who shouldn't have been in so much contact with me those days.

I have used pinches of these salts in floor washes, to ward the perimeter of my home, as well as in energy hygiene baths when I feel like an extra layer of clearing & protection is needed. My neighborhood is chaotic - there have been instances of package theft & attempted break-ins lately that have my neighbors (understandably) stressed, & the only event at my place was some teenagers passing by deciding to smash one of my landscaping stones on the sidewalk in front of my stoop (I asked for land & garden protection, not for garden wall protection explicitly - so I’m considering it a win for my plant bbs & also a nudge towards where refinement is needed!) In the past these things would have irritated & unnerved me, but FWOP has made me feel fortified & overall unbothered. The same goes for my own energetic space after I add it to baths. I am less verbal (as was warned), which is strange, but it leaves my mind so gloriously quiet & I feel so much less porous / vulnerable to unwanted outside influences. Very grateful to have these on hand!

Normally, I would opt for powder, but the salt said "Pick me!" and I'm glad I went with it since it's getting the job done swimmingly. I use at my bedroom door to keep the assholes I live with away from me and it works for that. I washed my windows a few weeks back and added a line of Firey Wall on the outer sill and I cannot even begin to explain the events that it triggered.

I was previously using FWoP salts in a cup of water at my windowsill inside my room, but I switched recently to DAII for eclipse season. I'm pretty sure good ol' Mars has been keeping me up so be warned that inside use might have that effect on you too. Otherwise, good stuff!

Used the ritual salts mixed with the incense and black salt all along my property line after a string of daily break-ins in my neighborhood and this magic literally caused a break-state in robberies — no robberies for weeks! And then very infrequent robberies until I re-applied this mix to my property line again. This stuff really works!

Okay, I know "delicious" is a really strange title for a review of this sort. But this is probably the first S+S materia that I've wanted to eat. The smell, color, and packaging are gorgeous. Its effect feels more subtle than I anticipated, but in a good way.

I felt a lot of anger towards injustices in the world at large and my personal world when FWoP salts were heading my way. I carried them with me in my pocket, and immediately got called into HR at work for something my union brought was defending members for (unpaid overtime). It was my first time in HR for anything, and incidentally I was thinking that morning how I needed to notify them of a colleague who recently made violent, racist comments about a group of people marching for Palestine. Though the institution itself did not take any clear actions about either of these issues, I ended up getting a new job in a better work environment a couple months later. My last week when I had to do an exit interview, the coworker who made violent comments was out because he slipped on the ice and pulled his shoulder, and the HR manager who I had spoken with was out sick as well, so I ended up speaking with a newer staff member who was very receptive to my issues with feeling safe at work. Note: I was working at an art museum in security at the time, and offered some salts to a large portrait of Archangel Saint Michael just before this started.

I went right to buying the big pot of this because I want a stock of this on hand at all times. Upon opening the package I felt the most overwhelming relief at having the materia in hand. Like a big hug - so this has been surprisingly gentle yet also fierce AF. Already used in ritual and in upping my wards around home and property. Serious magic.

I’ve used this salt in both of the applications outlined in the info sheet that comes with this series (freezer spell and fiery wall ritual). This definitely has the potential to kick up conflict like Kaitlin has mentioned, so in a way for me interacting with this series is a bit of Mars remediation. But the difference is that the cavalry will be at your side to help you win. I was able to get a very serious situation with my neighbors under control, who were making my living space basically uninhabitable.
What I especially appreciate is having another materia to use with Psalms and other Bible passages as someone who has a lot of Christian leanings in my practice. Archangel Michael is such an amazing patron to work with, and I know we’ve all been missing St Michael materia!

I liked the analogy of a moat and was inspired to do a bowl of TM salts and outer plate/moat of FWP, but now that I'm writing this, maybe it needs to be a three tier with some DA layered in-between. Works great, immediately scans the environment and starts the protection process.

I got an immediate "hell yes" for this series, despite my usual struggles with the Martial materia. As soon as I opened the package, I was in love. I expected the series to be challenging, but useful. Instead, it has been such a help and a friend. I do engage respectfully and mind all of the warnings in the write up, to be clear, but thus far this series has been amazingly effective and a lot less caustic (to me) than I expected. These salts in particular...just smelling them makes me feel energized and protected, so much so that I feel like I can take on the world. I intend to purchase the larger size, as I think that these salts will be highly effective and important allies in the next few years!
