Five hand-ground herbs and resins sacred to Mars, mixed with an iron spatula, suffumigated and petitioned over while Mars was in his degree of exaltation in Capricorn. Covered and left to charge with all of the other Mars offerings in the Exaltation Degree series. Includes hot red pepper, genuine dragon’s blood resin, and yohimbe bark, among other proprietary sympathetic ingredients, and bits of iron and rust — not enough to make the powder toxic, but enough for magical resonance, along with crushed bloodstone.

The energizing force of this powder is so dramatic that for the first several weeks I owned it, I simply carried the bottle to work with me on Tuesdays. When the stars were right, I employed some of it in the creation of a martial oil which I’ve been using to feed a martial charm bag I created. Carrying the charm generates confidence and energy as well as a direct forthrightness that’s welcome and powerful at work and at home. I still have a significant amount of the powder left and look forward to employing it in new ways in the new year!
This powder was one of the first things I purchased. I have Mars in exile and have struggled feeling connected to my own power. I had an event I was exhibiting at, and I sprinkled some on the floor at our table. Immediately I felt electricity running through my body. My apprentice reported the same. Throughout the day, I felt confident in my conversations, connected to my own personal power, energized, and excited about all we were doing. This is the real deal, folks.
Note: I recommend wearing surgical gloves when working with this powder since it contains hot pepper. You might be thirsty after using it, too.
This powder gives a great oomph to your workings. It felt more simpatico when I had a clear goal, strategy or tactic in mind. But I also have used it on candles to help me determine a course of action. It contributed to achieving clarity on several occasions, and served as an adept ally. I speak to the powder before using it, let it get to know me, then make my request. Besides candles, I’ve used it on petition papers, to make sigils and also simply handle a small amount (while wearing gloves), to aid me in marshaling my own martial abilities (pun intended).
