Vanilla Bean Pearl Polish
Powdered saltwater pearl + vanilla bean.
Wet the face with warm water or apply following a light steam.
Make sure the fingers are moist, but not wet, before pouring a small mound onto them.
Pat onto the skin to keep it from falling off, and gently rub in soft, circular motions for 1-2 minutes or until you feel it has dissolved. Rinse with warm water and dry.
Optionally, follow with our Aerial Queen’s Rose Gold + Honey Beautifying Mask.
Offered in a 1/2 oz vial for $30

Most of the posts and comments are about the on-label use of this as a polish. However, I have found that these powdered pearls work well as a gorgeous, natural, talc-free setting powder. The vanilla bean bits aren’t really visible on the face, and the powder lets me keep a venusian glow about me alllll day.
This and the hair oil are my favorite items from this series (which is good for me since the hair oil keeps selling out). I hope Kaitlin will continue to expand the cosmetic items available from S+S. A tinted Venus lip balm? Jupiter beard oil? The horizons are broad and I can’t wait to see more experiments like this in the future.
I absolutely love this pearl polish. A little goes a long way, it’s incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin, and it leaves my skin smooth and supple. It feels incredibly indulgent and an excellent way to spend some time with our lady Venus whilst pampering yourself.
One of my favorite skincare products period. It may seem super extra to some but honestly it’s a delightful addition to one’s skincare routine. It elevates the experience to feeling like a ritual. Using it feels devotional- but also it’s genuinely a lovely product that works. It’s very lightweight, leaves the skin feeling velvety, and a little goes a long way.
I love this product. Every time I use this product I have smooth, almost silky skin texture. I recommend using it on Venus night, following the honey mask.
I don’t really want to share this because I have a perpetual FOMO about this product. But it’s Jupiter’s day and I am feeling generous. 🙂 It’s the best little beauty secret money can buy. Yes, it works well as an exfoliate for the face, but when you add more water to it, just a tiny amount also works as a body wash and shampoo. I use it by first washing with commercial products and only when clean, I polish the body and the hair with Vanilla Bean Pearl Polish. How it keeps my skin and hair just the right amount of moist but not oily? Only Venus and Kaitlin knows.
The polish is oh so gentle – it plumps the skin and smooths the way for the application of other skincare products. It does pair nicely with the Honey Beautifying Mask! I am usually not a fan of mechanical exfoliants but using this is such a treat.
Still as amazing as ever, with a lovely vanilla smell this time! This is my favourite secret skincare product, and I’ll probably use it as long as I can get my hands on it. It’s the only thing that works well for my very sensitive skin and is so softening but also makes it feel supple and not stripped.
I admit, I bought this mostly as a curio. I love gritty sugar scrubs and expected nothing from its finely ground texture. This item truly is a polish – it barely feels like anything in the hand and to the face but grinds away your skin into a smooth, soft surface! The vial is stuffed to the gills too; I’ve used this at least 6 times and it looks barely touched. I did add a sprinkle of this to a sweetener spell when someone went over-the-top aggro at me for a minor mistake at work, and afterward it was like nothing had ever happened between us. Highly recommend.
