Mercury in Gemini Anointing Oil
$26.00 – $72.00
Organic 100% jojoba oil poured over wildcrafted and organic herbs aligned with Mercury in Gemini during the height of our election, fumigated with frankincense: dill, wormwood, parsley, marjoram, bayberry root bark, mullein, skullcap, and seeds of fennel, caraway, and celery. Sour Patch Kid candies, a large copper-alloy Mercury dime, and alloys of white gold (silver + gold) and red gold (copper + gold). Eight yellow opals per mother vessel.
Anointing the base of the skull at the back of the neck as a sort of anchor, and then two equal outer points, such as the top of the hands, wrists, bottom of the feet, ankles, or ears and lobes — well, this Power seems to like that! Other nice points include the crown of the head, heart center, and lower back.
Revs the mind, quickens the tongue, and lightens the outlook. You may even feel a literal tingle of the tongue following application.
A nice low-level daily stimulant, like an energetic cup of coffee. Easy to lose track of operating in the background, but greases the Mercurial gears that so much of modern life depends on. Adds a bit of luck and effervescence to the experience, and is likely to draw money and communications as well.
Can also be used to dress candles, anoint objects and petition papers, or in any way magical Oils are oft’ employed!
Offered in a 1/2 oz Standard Vial (with optional dropper cap kit) for $72, 10 ml “flawless glide” Steel Roller for $55, both with keepsake opal and variegated blue leaf, or adorable 5 ml Mini for $26.

I can't tell you how much I love this series! Makes it clear just how distinct the multiple faces of each sign in domicile, exaltation, etc. are, as I can't tolerate the Exalted Mercury series (that's my natal placement, so maybe it's just too much). Mercury in Gemini, on the other hand, really makes me feel in tune with my own Mercurial energies at their absolute best. It enlivens all of the most beautiful elements of Mercury within me, enabling me to utilize them to my greatest advantage. The scent of this oil is so delightful . . . very nourishing to my nervous system, smooths everything over & makes it all feel much easier. I experience myself as capable, clear, confident, more prepared/ organized/ cohesive/ ready as a result of using Mercury in Gemini materia. Praise Hermes, Bright Divine God, Kharidotes! Such an exceptional series brimming with His blessings <3
This is my absolute favorite Mercury offering from S+S. It might be bc I'm a Sag Rising, but in moments when I find the Virgo series to be way too intense (it really can get be on a treadmill that I have a hard time getting off), Merc in Gemini always helps me find a sense of play, a childlike curiosity, and joy. I find that it helps me toggle between detail and hunkering down with freedom and wonder super well. I love this series a LOT, and find it rather wearable, but helpful to pair with a comedown of somekind (EV Jupiter is my fave).
I first applied the Mercury in Gemini oil on a Wednesday during Mercury's Planetary hour. Not only did I find myself more focused in my thought, more concise in my words and less absent minded, but I felt as though the entirety of my perceptive powers had sharpened as though altered by a stimulant, though with less of the drawbacks. I have been using this oil for weekly attunements for magickal and mundane workings with great efficacy. A+
I have Mercury in Gemini in my chart (stationed) and I love how this series so simply brings out all the best parts of that placement. It’s clever and breezy and curious, social and light hearted but also effective in supporting daily tasks in a way that make them not feel so dull and daily. I’ve used it (successfully) in workings for social connections as well as money/sales and just as you’d expect from a sign like Gemini, it’s very versatile!
Definitely in my top 3 favorite products from sphere and sundry, if not my most favorite. I have suddenly become a productive queen since using this daily for a month. Writing massive lists and just churning through task after task in a lighthearted and fun way.
love this oil!! multitasking game changer.
I am so in love with the MiG series! The base oil is simply fun in a bottle - be prepared for good vibes, financial success, chattering away to friends/loved ones into the small hours of the morning - just a general upbeat, easy going energy. Get some - you will love it.
This influence feels super fun and like it doesn’t take itself too seriously. At the same time, i feel it brightens up my mind, making it easier to find the right words for things, and just makes me wanna have more conversations.
I really appreciate sphereandsundry for just displaying what the best customer service is about and also having the most powerful materia. Thank you [prayer hands emoji]
The way this oil works is almost surreal. It definitely has the characteristic Gemini twinning effect - being able to multi-task is one thing, but it really makes me feel like I have two totally different brains that are working on their own tasks in parallel. Usually if I'm trying to do something mentally/intellectually demanding but I'm distracted (by another task or by something that's weighing on my mind), I do the mentally demanding thing very poorly until I deal with the distraction. When I use MiG oil, my brain fully does both things somehow at the same time - no errors, omissions, or other symptoms of not being fully mentally present when doing the thing. It kind of tripped me out a little the first time I used it! I find it really good for articulateness as well - great for writing, giving presentations, and having conversations where it's important to be my most erudite and clever self. It smells really good, too - not quite *like* anything I know of in particular, but the smell reminds me of green tea.
