I first lit this at dawn and saw the most beautiful golden sunrise I've ever seen.
I agree with another review of this about bringing up old stuff, I had a very similar experience. It has an excavating quality you kind of have to be ready to work with. This is powerful and put to very good use!

I had to come back. I lit the candle, totally forgot it was burning and now I’m having an upwelling and processing of emotions associated with an event that happened almost 25 years ago. It is like the Sun. You don’t notice that the Sun is out! You just call it daytime! It’s out and everything depends on it but if you noticed the Sun all the time you couldn’t get anything done. The Sun is always in stealth mode? I’m impressed!

I had a sort of running joke with my other materia. I told them to help out with a silverfish problem I was having. I was getting a couple per week whenever I got home from work. I then told my 'crew' that I didn't want to kill the bugs, I just wanted them to not come in my apartment. I got back 'we know' and a sort of smile as an answer. I think they liked getting the feedback from the success of our joint endeavor. Since then I made sure to greet and say goodbye more routinely!
When I got this candle I didn't notice a thing. Not a smell, a vibe, nothing. I burned it for a while and still nothing. Then I saw a bug on my curtain. I was able to get it and noticed that old 'smile' from my 'crew'. I told the candle "so, they let you in on the joke"! Yep, Sol II fit right in immeiately!
