We have a shiny new support portal

Open the Help Desk

It’ll be fleshed out over time, so you might not be able to find the answer you need just yet.

Please do get in the habit of trying though — to reduce the support burden on Client Services, so we can spend less time answering support inquiries and more on providing expeditious resolution!

If you know for sure you already need assistance,
hop straight to opening a support ticket.

This is the best way to get inquiries directly to Kaitlin since, due to a large volume and the need to focus, she does not monitor DMs on any social media platform. It’ll be assigned to her and she will try to respond when there is bandwidth. Thank you for understanding!

Elizabeth Barrial of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab and Twilight Alchemy Lab, created and charged a set of 3 talismanic perfumes for Quicksilver Tongue during Sphere + Sundry’s election. Of Illuminer, she shares —

It is an oil of patronage that supports the arts and artists: use it to bring in clients and benefactors to support your endeavors.

It is an oil of inspiration: rather than simply inspiring you, this oil helps you create art that inspires others.

It is an oil that attracts like-minded people to your sphere: use this oil to attract talented, creative, witty, and eloquent partners, friends, and allies.

This oil was inspired in part by Eleanor of Aquitaine’s court at Poitiers.

Steam-distilled catnip essential oil and leaf from the TAL garden (Nepeta cataria), rosemary essential oil and leaf from the TAL garden (Rosmarinus officinalis), mugwort essential oil and herb from the TAL garden (Artemisia vulgaris), organic neroli essential oil (Citrus aurantium), white willow bark (Salix alba), Bulgarian rose absolute (Rosa damascene), Madagascar cinnamon bark essential oil (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and sweet cinnamon chips (Cinnamomum verum), ho wood essential oil (Cinnamomum camphora), ethically harvested sandalwood (Santalum spicatum), raspberry leaf from the TAL garden (Rubus idaeus) and organic raspberry seed oil (Rubus idaeus), coriander seed (Coriandrum sativum), cedar, ambrette seed, and honey.

  1. This has been my most used BPAL out of several just based on pure wearability. So approachable, so easy and breezy. While wearing it I’ve had shipments arrive earlier than expected (thank you Mercury), consistently been on the receiving end of compliments (praise Venus), and experienced generally pleasant and smooth social interactions (bless Jupiter). Wish I had a lifetime supply!

  2. It’s chatty, plays tricks with time, and helps ideas flow but I cannot for the life of me get anything tangible done while using it unless I have something saturn added to the mix as well. I started carrying a notebook around so I could catch the thoughts.

  3. I really love the scent of this. I would call it “fruity poison ivy”, mischevious and very wearable. It is my go to when working on creative things, and really does feel like a blend of Mercury, Venus and Jupiter energies.

  4. I love this perfume! I’ve worn it for a fun dinner with creative friends, which also led to sharing and appreciating music and art. I’ve also worn it for giving a presentation that was intended to inspire people, to great results. I do feel like it’s helped me find creative community and be more inspired myself.
The scent is different from the other Venus and Jupiter BPALs I have. It really does remind me of the Mercury part of this election. On me it mostly smells like neroli and grapes somehow. Very unique.

  5. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an immediate and strong response from any materia before. It helped me gain the exact momentum in my musical work that I needed. I was feeling a little lost as to my next step in building community musically, and as soon as I purchased this oil, my guitar teacher brought up the exact next step I needed to take (without any prompting on my part) in order to accomplish this. And in the weeks since, it’s really flourished and I’m feeling much better. I really do love the scent. I feel inspired every time I wear it.

  6. I agree it has a strong and specific scent, but I do like it, and as a bonus my husband (who is a singer-songwriter) loves it. I have so far mostly used it in my marketing, and I would have to say that’s going very well since I received this. Whether it’s Illuminer or a combination of materia and spellwork…I have had more bookings, been invited to speak, and had good experiences with clients and events. I am excited to start using it more for creative writing projects.

  7. This scent takes some getting used to, like poppers. It does have an almost medieval flavor profile. I can easily see myself listening to Pérotin or Josquin and reading Chaucer. It’s been really helpful in writing poetry to lovers, old and new; and I found myself pronouncing my unpracticed French lyrics at Karaoke. I’ve definitely been having loftier conversations and aesthetic experiences that skew purple. Gonna give it a 10/10.

  8. I really didn’t enjoy the smell of this. I couldn’t use it.
