Sprinkle about a half teaspoon onto the palm of the hand and gently rub both together for 5-10 seconds, coating tops and bottoms. The hands can float 2 inches from the body or lightly skim it.⠀

Stand and run your palms from the crown of your head down the back of it, then start from the top again, going down the sides, the front of the face and down body, all the way to the tops of your feet. Sweep multiple times. ⠀

If you feel any areas “sticking”, continue stroking until energies disperse, and then proceed with additional downward sweeping.⠀

If you need a breath of fresh air, an energizing buzz, and a little pep in your step, look no further than this tantalizing kolonia! I’m slow moving and late to everything, and this materia helps me cut through brain fog and speed things along when I need to get myself going. Also great for driving and getting from point a to point b smoothly, effortlessly, and with little complications as possible. Increases fun and playfulness levels exponentially too 😉
As many of the previous reviews state, this is one of the best aids to help out with any tech problems. Just pour a little in your hands and go over the troubling equipment with your "Mercury kolonia hands" and ding! Also a-must to get over any creative block.
One day in the client community Kaitlin mentioned to a poster that the election they were concerned about (due to their south node) would benefit them most from the cleansing forms (soap/kolona) and I perked up- I had mercury in gemini soap! Would it help? Yes it did! Gemini is my 10th and I stopped a few self sabotaging behaviors. Unfortunately it was a little intense for my hands, so I decided to try Kolona- and it’s even better. I do a small splash to my hands and do some clapping and I don’t say “who cares?” Or “does it even matter” as much. Which is helpful.
I'm a Gemini sun and Virgo rising, so Mercury rules my chart, but my Merc's stuck in Taurus and a bit of a worrywart.
I apply this kolonia whenever I need to return to how I was as a child: curious, inquisitive, playful, and appreciative of the magic hidden in the natural world.
I don't reach for this as often for intellectual pursuits as some of the other commenters have noted: I find Exalted Mercury more suitable for those. I prefer to engage this materia when needing a sense of play or when I'm feeling stuck.
I've been using this before going out shopping, looking for good deals, etc. As well as using it before rituals to increase sales. It's been very good in general. I should warn about overuse though, since it has promoted a bit too much spending and a tad of impulsivity on my end.
On its own, this kolonia is energizing, stimulating and makes me more social than I normally am (and invites others to be more social with me). Gemini is my 10H so I find that it’s especially good at opening the way to professional connections. When I combine with VAD materia, it opens the way to forging genuine friendships with others, especially with new connections. I don’t know if I’ll use this kolonia a lot for everyday wear because the effect is more neutral for me, but its way-opening potential makes it an excellent primer for materia that’s more specific to my goals.
I use a few drops of this in my diffuser for important virtual meetings and it hasn't let me down yet! Tech behaving and enjoyable conversations follow.
I loveeeee this Kolonia for misbehaving tech. I've used it several times to fix misbehaving printers, a cell phone that kept dropping calls and a computer that kept crashing. It has a light and fizzy energy that not only helps get tech in line but also boosts mood and overall productivity. Highly recommend!
As a writer, I'm often drawn to Mercury materia more than most other series, and always opt for the kolonias to refresh my energy before engaging in this work. Quicksilver Tongue remains an unmatched blessing in that regard. Exalted Mercury can be helpful when I *really* need to focus and timeliness is a concern, but it can be a bit harsh on my system. Mercury in Gemini, meanwhile, is a lovely middle ground between these two energies, giving me the pep and clarity that QT is sometimes short on, without the rough edges that comes hand in hand with EM. It's an uplifting, lively, friendly energy that can be used for general vibes or to help me along on a writing project. Very refreshing; smells like fresh fennel.
went to a community event that was packed packed with people which is my nightmare but I was able to network with other organizers and stand up & say my thing which I did not think I could make myself do, and best of all, I ran into an old friend who happened to have two separate pieces of really extremely pertinent important and also secret info that they gave me without me even knowing to look for it. I thought that was a great example of how mere-gem feels and works, its not like a bow and arrow you can aim at something the way that exalted mercury kind of works, its a lot less reliable than that except that its reliably full of surprises that are often really great & useful. I am growing t o love it more and more
I love this kolonia for when you have things to do, but also want to keep it light hearted. I found the Exalted Mercury kolonia to be too activating, this one is much more joyful and lighthearted. Yes to enabling the Mercurial things of doing all the things, but maybe less focused on tunneling through. Its probably by itself not as a strong, but grants clearing your slate for more Mercury in Gemini stacking.
This Kolonía makes me feel bubbly and playful, but in a more muted way. This Kolonía doesn’t have a super strong effect on me, but feels like it plays in the background
It gives a soft anise scent that is clearing and invigorating. It sets a clear mental state and offers a fizzy buzzy tingle across the surface of the skin. It motivates toward a fun, bright, quick mind for any mental pursuits. Such fun!
This treat of a Kolonia feels (and smells) easy, light, and refreshing! It lightens the energy instantly. After using I feel uplifted, playful, and "fizzy". I shared with my sibling one morning and we both giggled our way through a carpool that day! It brings instant optimism and playful yet focused support.
This kolonía is so fantastic at clearing away mental clutter. Its cleansing effect is immediate and palpable, and it feels so light and sparkly. It supercharges the effect of all the Mercury materia, so I love this as a first step.
I’ve only ever used this on myself, but it’s great for clearing auric gunk and perking you right up without being as ZOOM ZOOM as Exalted Mercury. A nice little dose of pep.
So so good for brain fog, misbehaving tech, organizing your thoughts, etc. Whenever I have a big to-do list and feel fried just thinking about it, this kolonia helps clear any and all fuzz from my brain.
kolonias are unique and special because of the way they work, like you Kinda apply it to your body but you Really apply it to your awareness & the space youre inside of. This one is great and also BUCKWILD for how fast and visceral it works like ive used it a couple times when I woke up late for work or almost forgot about a class and was feeling brain-foggy and zip zap zoop im bright eyed and bushy tailed. my thing I like to do (bc im a maniac) is do a salve, an oil, a hydro and since they will be longer lasting and you can mix what youre using, and as thats like all getting warmed up and then like do the kolonia as the last step to like push over the first domino, if that makes sense. the exalted Colonna is really fast too but I think it sacrificed a teensy bit of speed for orderliness, nothing like gemini mercury kolonia for when you need to be awake & articulate NOW
I like to use this kolonia to clear any brain fog that might be an issue especially during difficult Mercury transit's and retrogrades. Very refreshing and alive.
I have a very problematic Venus in Gemini in the 12th house and out of bounds, not to mention making some interesting aspects! I hoped this series would help to bring me some wisdom and assistance in understanding and working more deeply with my Venus, and it certainly has! It is also just an absolutely delightful energy that keeps me focused at work and, as a reclusive introvert, able to enjoy social situations more. Sphere + Sundry kolonias are always my favorites!
To preface this review, I have a Virgo ascendant, Mercury and Venus in the 1st house, and my MC is in Gemini. I bought this kolonia to use before social events, important work events where my Mercurial skills need to be at their best, and during Mercury retrograde periods.
While I'm still discovering uses for this kolonia, I've gotten the impression that it quickens my thought processes and helps me feel more sharp-witted, refreshed, and ready to move physically (!) when used at strategic times. There is a buoyant quality upon using this product as if it puts a bounce in my step while being clarifying at the same time. I will certainly buy more of the MinG kolonia as needed because I love to use it from head to toe on myself before applying other MinG materia or Exalted Venus II materia.
My iPhone is on its last legs, storage full, and it’s been an absolute pill to deal with. App icons refusing to load on the home page, apps shutting down with no warning. I turned off the phone, did a cleanse with this kolonia, and it’s been performing like an angel ever since. LOVE.
