I tried burning the incense of the hot charcoal and the results weren't good as it just burned right away. But using the ashes of the charcoal is great for burning S&S incense.
I ordered the Heart of the Emperor incense, oil, ash and charcoal for a dear double Scorpio friend for her birthday and she loves it! She had no idea what type of ritual to perform so I sent her the survey that contained links for community, etc. to find answers to her questions.
