Queen of the Honeyed Heart

I love to put this on when I know I have to be in a group of people and I'm not feeling my best- either depressed, upset, anxious, or just plain tired. I dab on a little of this and feel much more at ease without shrinking into the background. I can still take care of what I need to, without becoming short with irritation or anger. One of my favorites!

Its magic. I don't need to do anything to charm them or explain myself. Its like they *know my heart* when I have it on

All-time favorite BPAL tier. This is my favorite Venus materia to wear to work (one of the only ones I can stand to wear at work!) - and one of my favorites in general, for literally every situation. An oil of grace, indeed.

Queen of the Honeyed Heart is such a quietly powerful bpal. I find myself reaching for this bpal when I need to detox and calm my nervous system. And sit in power but quietly and from afar. And the scent is definitely honey in the best of ways.

I just put on this perfume tonight after not wearing it for a while, and *wow*. I had forgotten just how good it is. Putting it on is instantly grounding, comforting, and straightening of my spine all in one. It's a lovely berry scent with something sweet at the edges- probably the honey. I've also had good results wearing it with Oil of Eirene to an event that had the potential to be tense...and it wasn't, and I wasn't a pushover either. <3

Queen of the Honeyed Heart has an allure that can’t even be described sufficiently through words. This embodiment has attracted people’s calmer, more accommodating sensibilities toward me, in a kind/sweet way …it doesn’t even have to be shown with a grand gesture, it’s just an implied energy that’s noticeable from ppl I’ve even casually encountered.
I haven’t used this in any Venusian rituals, yet. I’ve only mainly experienced Queen of the Honeyed Heart as a standalone, by meditating on what I want to experience with/through her, while applying it -with gratitude. She’s confident, yet focused on what She wants… I absolutely love feeling that force because I don’t channel that drive naturally and need to more.
Oh! & I wont even get into the effects encountered when I once paired and applied the Queen with Aldebaran’s tincture directly onto my skin, this past summer. It was on a Friday when Luna was well aspected. Aldebaran is also conj Luna in my chart & my, my… let’s just say, I’m so happy Kaitlyn started the “After Dark” sphere. I think that’ll be a more appropriate space to share the tale sometime 😉 Definitely a ‘love tonic’ of sorts. For now, I’ll just say, I had no idea that pure venus + mars energy could bring about an unexpected attraction with a stranger that was so hot, sexy & just ferocious… Yep, that’s the Empress for ya!

I don't use this oil as a perfume — the scent, as others have said, is VERY gourmand — but ~wow~ does its grounded gentleness and heart-ease have an immediate impact. I don't experience that automatic "shift" with most S&S materia (which my Saturn-ruled self prefers), but this one? This one HITS. Bc of that, I don't actually use it on myself very often. I mostly use it for blessing work/dressing candles for others. More than almost any other S&S oil I've ordered, it "feels" like a good way to spread care.

Queen of the Honeyed Heart does that. It's a floral honey with a smidge of red musk, but more importantly will remind you to elevate yourself and that you are worthy. You finding it hard to love yourself? This reminds you that you are a Queen, and deserve all the best.

I love this perfume! It’s a smell I have not really worn before. There’s a sweetness to it but it’s not cloying. This sweetness is sophisticated yet still playful. It is noticeable enough that others can pick up on the scent if they are nearby but it is not so strong that it is overwhelming. I am very sensitive to perfumes and they can give me headaches. This one does not do that and instead envelops me in a joyful hug of comfort. Combine this with the effects of the Empress and you have a recipe for delight!

From the get-go I can say that this is my absolute favorite BPAL scent!!! Smells like honey and berries and all things sweet and divine and makes me feel like I can get All The Good Stuff™. I wore this a few weeks ago before shopping for flowering plants with my family, and we got lots of freebies with every plant haul! Praise to the lovely Venus and thank you Elizabeth, Kait & Co. for creating this absolute treasure of a perfume!
