As a 12th House Sun, I've always been challenged in the solar department, so GSII felt like a great source of support to seek out during a solar year. The materia is chipper and easygoing, not unlike Regulus III but softer, and has provided me with buoyancy and self-trust when I've really needed it. There was one day where I went out to run errands after putting this on and got into a conversation at a store with a guy at a store who, apropos of nothing, started giving me some of the sweetest compliments about the energy he picked up from me, not at all creepy, and they all felt like true things I'd needed to hear! I got a *little* bummed when I remembered, 'oh, yeah, I'm wearing GSII' and thought maybe it was a fluke, but this was just one way it was coaxing me out of that 12th House perspective. My light is always there, but this makes it easier to see and feel <3

This series has been my introduction to solar materia and I am absolutely in love. I was worried that a solar series would be too much for me but I have found this to be one of the most gentle and uplifting series that I have used yet! It's like being outside in the early morning before the sun gets too hot on a beautiful spring day. It truly has a very childlike feel to it-in a good way. It brings a level of joy and curiosity that comes so easy when you are a kid and which we often lose once we are adults. This oil has been a big help in lifting me out of a bad mood or a pessimistic spiral. I reach for this oil far more often than I thought I would. I've used more of this oil than I tend to do for most other series. I use it most Sundays but also any time I want to have a good time or want to enjoy a good mood. I don't find that it increases confidence for me per se but it has a way of putting me at ease when I am around others or in large groups. I have used this oil before going out and socializing and it has not disappointed me.

Daily application of this oil has brought to light (confirmed by divination) the source of some troubles I’d been struggling with for many years; like parting the curtains in dark rooms I’d been stumbling around for my entire life.

While this is definitely a gentler Sol, i feel like this oil still has the potential to be intense for folks with a weakened or afflicted Sun. I have a moderately afflicted Sun, with Leo being my 12th house, and this oil brought up a lot of shadow work, blind spots and personal revelations even with just a few applications. Valuable information indeed, and I actively prepared myself and invited in these insights. But I can see how it could catch someone off guard. This oil also has the potential to excavate your true heart’s desires. In terms of materia as medicine, this is a series I continue to take my time with and let each layer unfold with care. For when you want to be seen and appreciated as your TRUE self, and pursue that which makes your heart sing.
I also LOVE that it comes with a Jyotish grade gem.

...with the most recent Saturn materia! This is fabulous for someone like me who has had self esteem problems in the past. Did I say past? Yes, PAST! Along with the It gives me a stately feeling, a feeling that my "set point" for my general worth as a human/embodied spirit can no longer fluctuate. THIS IS HUGE, folks. Deep, deep thanks! Innocence, here I come...

The scent is lovely, it's one of my favourite S+S smells. Out of all the materia I've tried I think I feel its energy the most... like it's just oozing out of the bottle. This might be because I have natal angular Jupiter in Leo so I feel this energy strongly. But I really like it, it's very warm and fuzzy and just pure good vibes. I'd say it's very uplifting during cold seasons and I can't wait to use it during summertime to boost the sunny energy even more.

I find this better than Jup in Sag for driving away the long, dark winter blues. I mixed it in to some lotion which I use nearly every day of the heavy grey PNW winters. banishes seasonal affective disorder symptoms like no other!

This has been a great companion as I embark on a new business and take on a new leadership role with a lot of responsibility. Steady and reassuring, nurturing growth and maintaining optimism.

I don't love this as much as the first Golden Sol oil, because I think I can probably handle a good degree of Sun energy without getting burnt - so this one feels like quite a subtle, pure energy, which is lovely but doesn't quite meet my needs as much as the obvious warmth and reassurance of the first series.

My relationship with the solar sphere has traditionally been challenging, and this series provides a bridge to navigate the (for me) terrifying prospect of Being Seen for Who I Actually Am. As an AuDHDer with plenty of C-PTSD triggers, I'm beyond grateful to this series for making the whole idea of visibility less threatening...even when others are clearly not a fan of what I'm bringing to the table, I don't take it personally. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gentle ways to establish healthier relationship with solar qualities
