Lepos smells so odd but intoxicating. You catch the iciness of the spearmint followed by the sweet earthiness of the fennel and the slight gourmand accord made by the notes of honey, violet, and cardamom. The longer you smell it the more layers you find.

The scent profile is not my favorite but I wear it for the magical application. I had flowing chit chats with strangers. It made me and those around me social and inclined to talk. I love the effects.

Very youthful and comes off like cotton candy. I love the way the smells in the bottle, but it wears down a little too syrupy with my body chemistry. I love the crisp brightness overtone for warm weather, but the dry down is heavy. It actually reminds me a of a Cartier fragrance I used to love, had a hint of fennel and apple… so I’m looking forward to making a custom body oil with this which I find a complementary scent that tones it down the way I want.

Mature, respectable, and enjgmatic. Flirty yet sophisticated and attracts the right kind of attention. Versatile for day and night. It wasn’t my favorite at first, but overtime I come to find it works very well with my body chemistry. I wear this when I need to be likable, but not a pushover.

The smell is 'perfume-y' and sweet like the other BPALs from this series. I find it hard to pick out individual notes from the Exalted Venus BPALs generally, but what I do get that's a little different from usual is the tobacco. It's very striking and present and I appreciate it rounding out the sweetness more.

In terms of effects, I wore it to an activity that I've committed to that I sometimes find difficult because of not feeling like I fit in/get along with others there. This made a subtle but noticeable-in-retrospect difference: I felt others who I don't usually get on with were more directly complimentary to me, and went out of their way to give me assistance. Basically, exactly the magic described! I'm excited to see what other situations I could use this in as a sweetener and aid.

Condolio: When I put this on, it's like I feel my anxieties, grief, sorrows and/or worries bubble together, come to the surface, and then pop. I can still feel what I'm feeling, but it's not so tangled up and disheveled. It feels (and smells) like a soothing herbal balm on a burn.
Lepos: I'm still sitting with this one, but so far it's like I have permission to let my true self step forward, but not in an obnoxious "look at me" kind of way. It's like I can recognize aspects of myself I might be too nervous to let out and see that it's better to express those things than to bottle them away out of fear. I find I have a better time at places or events where I might otherwise be clammed up and anxious. In a broader sense, I also just feel more open to life. The scent makes me feel like I'm a kid, chewing sweet bubble gum while slathered in a sunny bath and body works lotion.
All-in-all, very happy with the results so far for both!

It’s so layered and calming. I had the Fomalhaut version of the oil first, and that was powerful to wear. Super attractive and Neptune-y to the environment and you in a mini world pod type feel. This is more like being in your own orb with less tides and draws and more aura, flow, and atmosphere. So, it brings the vibe and sensual side of the experience, but less of the magical power presence the anointing oil does. Makes me think of the difference between alcohol’s evaporation into the air verses oil’s. Very different and for different reasons and responses, messages. This is a more personal personifying experience, while the oil literally felt like an accompaniment. Absolutely lovely. Midsummer night’s dream in dark violet velvet in each drop.

These perfumes do exactly what they say they will. I feel so loved wearing Pompilus, Lepos supports me when I’m going into a situation where I’m “the weirdo,” and Squama helps me feel the world’s pain but not be consumed by it, like embodying the hug of a wise mother. Condoleo is good for times of personally sad loss, when yr heart gets broken. I have used Pompilus the most and already had to order a second one! They all smell gorgeous! I love them so much.

Very sweet and sugary, however not cloying. Smells like ylang-ylang, orchids and caramel. It is unsex but tends to go feminine. Longevity and sillage is extreme as it is pure high quality essential oils. Olfactory wise it is linear and not changing throughout the day.

Very impressed with this one. Talismanic perfumes in my experience thus far are very individual and a bit capricious. Some carry the charge of the series they belong to really well, and others are more roundabout. The Pompilus is very true to the exalted Venus glow up characteristics with a twist—a kind of fairy glamour, really, which gilds the visage and adds silver notes to one’s speech. It’s a little cheeky, too, pulling one along towards the people you need to meet and the places you need to be, smoothing conversations, easing negotiations. The scent is not as rose forward as I expected; I get more of the geranium off the top, and it settles into the resins fairly wick, for me. That said, it seems to be very alluring to all who smell it! In short, amazing work on this one.
