I work in a setting where I have to work with a team of people. Shit is generally not as collaborative as I would like but since starting to work with this Materia, I have noticed this change a fair amount. Work has started to flow better as we have a structure in place. It's still a work in progress but a massive improvement to the mess it was before.
I've had success using this oil to anoint my analog watch and physical calendar, and it's helped me stay in synch with linear time and my intentions for how to spend that time. This really helps round out my Capricorn archetype, since having Uranus and Neptune in Cap 3 in my 2nd house has made me just a little too ambitious and perfectionist when it comes to time management, getting lost in planning a new, perfect schedule rather than just committing to one that works. This Cap 2 energy has helped me stop overanalyzing and just start taking the actions.
I have a certain respect for this material, it makes you extremely active and gets you moving to finish the pending tasks, but you should not abuse it or it will send you to sleep. A few days ago I tried the oil again on myself and in a candle, I finished many pending tasks, but with the return of Mars to my natal cancer, I decided to save it for a couple of months.
I’ve been waiting for this New Moon in Capricorn to use this oil for the first time. Writing intentions for the year ahead, I feel less pressure and more quiet excitement about the small steps I can take to achieve my goals. I plan to use this series to make practical and consistent progress

I bought this series as my midheaven falls into the II decan of Capricorn. Having my natal Mars in Scorpio, this was the first time I experienced Mars channelled through a different sign in which He exalts. To say the least, it was an eye-opening experience. As silly as it sounds, I have never fully realised just how deeply dark the energy of Mars in Scorpio is, despite working with it before. As I live with it every day in my natal chart, it's almost like I became "blind"/"numb" to that darkness and took it for a benchmark of everyone's experience. NOPE. Turns out that Mars in Capricorn feels so much lighter, like a mountain goat climbing an impossibly steep wall effortlessly, thanks to its ability to sense where it's safe to step. Free and agile. In comparison, Mars in Scorpio feels like a predator swimming in the darkest depths of a deathly cold ocean. You might have the ability to sense everything everywhere with a laser precision, but at the cost of the permanent existence in the abyss. Getting this series made me low-key wish I had a natal Mars in Capricorn instead! The experience of being able to hold steel-like focus on a project without the burden of the darkness feels empowering and freeing. The only downside I personally experience when engaging with Martian magical materia is skin breakouts, irritability if worn for more than a couple of hours and if used for a few days in a row, small menstrual bleeding (regardless of the point in menstrual cycle).
This oil has allowed my angular mars to become a cunning mage. The sharpening of the Martian blade to cut the excess is, POIGNANT.
