This is an oil of peace: peaceful spirit, peaceful relationships, peaceful mind, peaceful home, peaceful community, peaceful world. Regna Pacificae is the diplomat, mediator, negotiator, and arbitrator, facilitating mutually-beneficial communications while invoking a calm state of mind, serenity, and tranquil environments without tipping towards passivity or apathy. This is a balm for cynicism, and a means by which you can move forward in healing the ravages of violence, pain, suffering, and despair; this is an oil of armistice and the prospect of genuine emotional and psychological well-being that comes in the wake of a ceasefire.
Governing a peaceful kingdom requires a steady hand, an objective and balanced mind, and a strong spirit. Regina Pacificae will support you in achieving this – peace within, and peace without.
Crystalline white vegetal musk, angelica root CO2 extract (Angeliza sinensis), lavender essential oils (Lavandula angustifolia, Lavandula latifolia, Lavandula officinalis), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), sweet marjoram essential oil (Origanum majorana), organic motherwort leaves (Leonurus cardiac), organic pennyroyal leaf and flower (Mentha pulegium), organic marjoram leaves (Origanum majorana), organic goat’s rue (Galega officinalis), blue chalcedony chips, and basil leaf (Ocimum basilicum), borage (Borago officinalis), passionflower (Passiflora incarnate), and rue (Ruta graveolens) from the TAL garden.
This oil was charged and consecrated under the auspices of Deneb Algedi on 15 Aug 2019 between 12:25 and 12:56am in the City of Angels. Each bottle contains blue chalcedony chips.

I can't believe I never reviewed this - it's such a particular scent and energy that I really admire. It smells like the idea of a wise, slightly stern but reliable and ultimately kind person who comes out of their way to help you when you're struggling with something - think a magical librarian offering you refuge and advice when you're on a long quest kind of archetype. It makes me feel a lot more grounded and 'grown-up' in myself but in a very cool non binary + femme kind of way, and I appreciate how it helps me be more boundaried and direct from a good place.
Of the three BPAL perfumes, I turn to this the most. Even when I turn the bottles so their labels face away, my hand is drawn to this perfume. It is in peace that I am able to discern. While not in helping professions as other S+S patrons have mentioned in their testimonials, I am an analysand working with a Jungian analyst. I am able to calmly oversee my inner kingdom for what it is. I will use this perfume to make peace with parts of myself and I am looking forward to deepening my own relationship to my sovereignty by weaving in further offerings from the Luminous Crown series.
It smells like a hug from a grandma--in an incredibly comforting way, not at all overpowering. I smell the lavender and marjoram on the open but, as it settles on my skin, the musk quietly lingers for hours, reappearing repeatedly with the elevation of my body heat. As another reviewer in a helping profession, I have used this perfume to help me navigate complex ethical situations and stand up for both myself and my clients. For myself, I have also used this member of the Deneb Algedi series in my own journey with trauma healing to great success. Regna Pacificae is an excellent ally for maintaining balance and encouraging justice in a chaotic or embattled environment.
As someone in the helping profession, I find that anointing myself with Regina Pacificae helps me maintain ethical and emotional boundaries in a balanced, serene and nonjudgmental way in my work with clients. This is especially significant when working with clients who struggle with extreme self-criticism, by helping me to hold space for them beyond rightness or wrongness to "see things as they are." When I wear this I feel significantly less burnt out from my work, and helps me to get space from my own fears so that I may operate from a place of compassion. Most interestingly, I feel wearing this has fundamentally shifted my perspective on others. It is truly "an oil of armistice" as described above, and a great aid for those who regularly work with those who feel that parts of themselves are at war, or that the world is at war with them.
So clean and soothing. Strong lavender scent but overlaid with
multiple notes of freshness. Feels like the calm, deep strength of the Pacific herself. I love this and so do others I've shared it with. One of my favourite offerings so far.
This was the first Daneb Algedi offering I've worked with and I experienced a number of synchronicities that showed me where my boundaries were lax. The day of shipping I received two separate notifications that my password had been breached. The first day I wore it, I returned home to find my door ajar - I had raced out in the morning, skipped double-locking the door, and it turns out failed to properly close it. The next morning when I left, I was shocked to find the door this way once again. I'm still not sure how that second time happened, but regardless it pointed me to the fact I am 'leaving open my door' and need to up my protection, both mundane and magical.
RP, to me, has a bit of a grandmotherly scent. It's lavender with just a touch of skin sweat and/or cooking spice that makes you feel like you're being hugged and protected, and it makes certain scary things pretty painless! Couldn't recommend it enough.
This oil has truly made a difference in my life. I've worn it every day until the last drop. The peace and dignity it has transferred into my work life has been immense.
RP has been my Go To Remediation while navigating a complicated and contentious separation from an unstable narcissist. It has made my boundaries feel reinforced by steel, and my ability to communicate with compassion fluid even in the face of intentional provocation. It brings my mind and emotions to a calm, decisive center.
RP smells beautiful. I felt a strong sense of calm when I first opened the bottle. Wearing this makes me feel a sense of gentle support, like I'm not alone in whatever I'm doing. It's one I carry with me sometimes because it feels like an extra dose of strength in a bottle, nothing overwhelming or Mars-like, just a consistent sense of "I've got this, it's all going to be okay."
RP is a very steadying blend. When you feel unsure about yourself or your own judgment, RP is like a deep calming centering exercise. It's the transition moment between yourself as an individual, and yourself as an authority figure. Your spine straightens, you hold your head higher, your voice is steady and calm. For days with high stress, RP helps you keep your cool.
I have used this in several situations where I needed to both keep a cool head for all involved and reach mutually agreeable outcomes I felt satisfied with. The scent is strong if over-applied, but use of the oil is reassuring, strengthening, and calming.
I apply it on Saturdays and occasionally for work. The oil aids in facilitating a sense of "I've got this and am working to cultivate peace within my life and relationships."
My friend Terri Campbell recommended for me to try this oil to support expansion allowing a sense of ease and calm. Love it!
The BEST support if you are in the midst of any significant transitions, especially financial, and you want positive outcome. A grounded, yet powerful sense of calm and authority. Use it and recommend it.
