This might be my favorite lip balm. I like to use it before yoga nidra or a yin yoga practice.
I work in energy healing, and this is a wonderful aid to cleanse and protect me between and during client work. It's also a convenient size for taking out 'on the go' to events, ceremonies or group spaces. For some reason I felt called to put some on to write this review! It's also wonderful at night time. Not the most deeply moisturising of all the S&S lip balms, but it feels very clarifying for the auric field.
Who can remember life before S+S chapsticks?! I've bought several, they are a really useful and powerful form in a series. This one has been nice for meditation and quiet time to focus on healing.
I actually find the A. chapstick plenty moisturing, especially in the winter. It is such a convenient way to keep Asclepius with me when travelling. It is not quite as strongly acting as the salve or oil - however, I use some form of A nearly every day and have probably built up a high tolerance level. Still works in a subtle way, and is a great addition to the A toolbox.
I love the lip balm so much. As a lip product, I love the soft, nourishing feel and it leaves a lovely sheen to my lips. Magically, I find I’m a better listener and can tune in to conversations more easily.
I really love the Son of Apollo lip balm, and wasn't sure I'd like this one as much for some reason. I was wrong!! The frankincense is this is glorious and smells so good, and it feels nourishing and healing rather than too cleansing or stripping. Perfect before bedtime.
I found that lip balm provided the most portable, safe materia to travel around to countries that have strict drug policy (including liquids, herbs, or any substances that are powdery white). I hope S+S will make more lip balm forms. I used this during a medical consultation and the person I was interacted with was passive-aggressive-know-it-all type, turned out Asclepius was saving me from unnecessary expenses. I also used this lip balm as an ointment for migraines, and it works wonder. One word about the cardboard packaging: it is hard to dispense the right amount of product because I need to push it up (and once it's pushed, it cannot be pushed back in) as the result, there are some wastage. There are aluminum twist-up lip balm tube -- idk if this has been considered (and if so, just ignore my suggestion). Otherwise, this packaging is 100% usable.
