Just like everything else in this series, this is perfect before bed and to induce relaxation in general. Really soothing for wound up, high key states when you're ready to bring it down and regulate. I use it on the back of my neck and shoulders, low back and my feet for full body support. Also helps me get actually comfortable when I'm dealing with chronic pain.

The salve is supremely soothing. It’s my favorite to have my partner massage my feet with. As the salve permeates my skin, I can feel my nervous system let out a sigh of relief. Highly recommend.

I quite literally purchased this salve without thinking about it, without reading about it, knowing how good it would be before sleep. Now that I use it regularly, I can imagine using it when I need respite in the daytime too. A comforting, supportive form that my lower back and shoulders love.

I don’t hoard this salve exactly but I do save it to turn to when my inner child is truly struggling. I lost my mom a couple of years ago—she was a fantastic nurturer, especially when I was little—and EL salve makes me feel cared for in a deep way that undoes my armor and lets me relax into the arms of life, knowing that forces of love are there for me.

I've only ever used this salve at night, right before bed, and every time I have, my sleep has been deeper and more restorative than I've ever experienced (and I'm someone who doesn't struggle with sleep most of the time!) Especially helpful during astro-weather that encourages overactive dreaming.

I have never had so much quality, restful sleep since I started using Exalted Luna salve at night. It doesn’t make me feel sleepy but it does lead to feeling comfy and relaxed and lets me actually just lie down and get the rest I need (but so often resist, because I would rather be doing other things- but apparently sleep is actually important, who knew?!). It’s incredibly soothing and helps relieve pain, as well. I have almost finished my first tin and I am definitely going to need to re-purchase soon.

It so soft and smells lightly sweet like a delicate mix of chamomile tea + white chocolate + beeswax in a rich salve. I can’t get enough of it and it shows, I’ve never used this much of a salve in such short time… I can generally make them go a long way, but this one wants generous applications and it’s irresistible. The effects are wonderful: balancing, easing, restorative, a shoulder dropping - most satisfying sigh.

The scent and texture of this salve is absolutely divine. I’m judicious in my application of it now because the first time, I waaay over did it, and my system was not terribly happy. Turns out there is such thing as Lunar overload for me! But now that EL and I have settled into a slower, more steady rhythm, the healing, nurturing qualities of this salve are lovely and gentle. Great for pain relief, self-soothing, and helping me rest.

She will guide you to what you need, push you to leave behind what doesn’t work, provide you with the support to move on. Like mother telling you nicely what to do tor your own good and it being very easy to follow her advice.
Good female friends came my way, eating habits improved, exercise habits improved, looks were improved, patience improved (more stable emotions I guess).
Her influence doesn’t feel like much on the body, but all the changes bear her signature warmth.

I remember being shocked when I first used this that it was possible to feel so calm and soothed and safe. I've been going through a few years where it feels impossible to not be stressed, and using this materia provides some relief. Maybe it has to do with the Uranus transit to my Sun-Pluto in Scorpio. I got this materia at the tail end of the most intense part of that transit and it seems to soothe some of the rawness that has emerged (and continues to emerge) from what was pulled up then.

Also, the part in the description about using this on the feet before and after a long day is so real. I walk around all day in high heels for work and trust me, this makes a huge difference.
