Exalted Luna’s Lip + Nip Balm
It has long been on my wishlist to offer some form of lip-based materia, to magically empower the speech, lips, and tongue specifically, for use in ritual and practical magic. Here our firstborn [of Form!] finally is.
This herbal infusion of organic calendula, marshmallow root, and plantain in organic olive oil and jojoba, was consecrated alongside the Exalted Luna series during Austin Coppock’s choice of the finest election Jupiter conjoining the Moon in Taurus had to offer. Now that the Greater Benefic has moved into Gemini, one like it cannot be seeded for 11 years [from initial release].
Originally formulated as a balm for nursing mothers to provide relief to sore, chapped nipples [Luna rules the breasts and babies, in addition to feeding, soothing, and nurturing…], it works just as well upon on the lips, expanding its wondrous potentials!
Combined with organic beeswax, organic shea butter, and the lightest touch of frankincense, myrrh, mugwort, and hyssop essential oils.
Unscented is also available, and is more desirable when applied as a nipple balm during the nursing phase.
Offered in a long-lasting, chapstick tube for ease of use (with 500-600 applications!).

I love the lip balms, they are very soft and moisturizing, and they come in very environmentally friendly packaging as well. I use them for manifestation, make sure you pay attention what you say when you are using this lip balms as it just may come true!
Goes on well and feels great on my lips. Longlasting and soothing. I have used it once or twice (just when desperate) as a face moisturizer, and it works well!
This has such a nice texture, you can tell it’s high quality beeswax, it has a calming vibe to it too.
It's hard enough to be a parent but parenting a teen is a different game. Luckily, this lip balm has helped me navigate and strengthen my relationship with my teenager!! I use it when I needed to set boundary with them, or have a good heart-to-heart talk about some parental-teenage issues. This has so far been my comforter and helper in understanding my teenager better and help me convey the message that they can receive. Remember, even teens were once babies too, and they often are still babies at heart, and they still need us to nurture them no matter how tough they seem to appear. Luna be Exalted!!
I love applying this when I go to sleep and wake up with extra hydrated lips! I also love applying this anytime and anywhere because it feels so loving and hydrating.
I put it to the test immediately. I applied during general bad astro weather AND Scorpio Moon. Just like the oil, it really seems to insulate one’s state of mind during bad astro weather. Somehow, even more so, which is a surprise. I feel so comfortable in my own skin. Sooo comforting and relaxing. The texture is incredibly smooth and moist.
I purchased this as part of a baby shower gift, so I got unscented as I knew she was going to be breastfeeding. The clean ingredients mean that she's been confident to use it and it works so well - providing comfort and less pain. It's cute that the baby is also a Sun in Taurus!
I got the scented version, and turns out I don't love it in the lips because I can really feel/taste the essential oils. It's been very good for dry nipples though, regardless of pregnancy!
This is the first lip balm I've purchased from Sphere and I love it! Lip balm is honestly a place I will not cut corners because it's just that important to my comfort. Having tried many lip balms I'm quite picky. Well I love this one! The texture is just right, not too stiff, not too soft. And the most important part to me, my lips feel moisturized. I put this on when needing to share important information verbally. Often times this means during tarot readings for clients when I am tasked with sharing sensitive information.
I apply this before my prayers during chemo treatment. I have a specific mantra I recite while holding the catheter through which each of 4 medicines travels. I speak under my breath in the infusion room and I full the amped power with my words to the spirit of each. Plus, my lips and nose are completely dried out as a side effect and this brings simple physical relief as well. I can't imagine going on this healing journey without S+S ~
The texture and scent of the EL lip balm are easy, unobtrusive, and elegant. I've been using this mostly before bed and have noticed an uptick in how vivid and memorable my dreams are.
I’ve used this before bed the last few nights since it arrived and it is instantly soothing. The scent is comforting and the feeling invoked is a gently sedating calm. I love it!
The formula alone is amazing! So nourishing/hydrating, doesn't leave any film or residue. My bedroom is dry and I keep this on my nightstand for nighttime application, and it definitely aids with sleep/relaxation.
Another review for nighttime use - helpful for sleep. Soothing and calming like the other items I've tried, I haven't used it during the day yet. I have plans to try that soon! I like the formulation, can't wait to try other lip balms with new series.
So far I have mainly used this lip balm at night, though I am curious about using it in spell work. I wear a CPAP to sleep and sometimes it dries my lips out. I read someone else using this as a sleep aid and I thought, why not? When have tried other forms of this series at night, they have not particularly helped with sleep. This one is different! I sleep deeply and well when I use this on my lips, and they are still plump and moisturized upon waking, even with the constant airflow of my CPAP machine! This has me sold on the chapstick forms and I look forward to trying others (would kill for a Venus chapstick form!!).
I've noticed communications are so much softer and warmer with this balm, especially with my family, friends and neighbors. I can be a bit gruff/short if not in the mood to chat, but this smooths it over and gives me more capacity. It's beautiful as a lip balm but also, try it on the nips too if you haven't yet! The heart space, it kind of just opens that area up, haven't felt this particular energy even with other series that work with heart-energies from the S+S arcana. Beautiful...perhaps a good post IH balm for rebirthing yourself.
After a traumatic birth that resulted with baby in the NICU, this nipple balm has become a comfort item for me. I keep it with me wherever I go. I use it after pumping and bodyfeeding. It's not a cure or a quick fix, but it does soothe and temper some of the inner turmoil. It also does wonders for sore nipples with extended use.
Holy cannoli this lip balm! I got the large unscented version and I LOVE IT. First of all the large size really is quite sizeable and like all S+ products a little goes a long way. I love using this—it’s soothing and pleasant and fantastic before bed but honesty nice at other times of day as well. I highly recommend this product.
I’m somewhat of a lip balm connoisseur, and this is such a special and fantastically soothing balm. It’s perfect to use before sleep, brings deep calm and comfort that primes one for deeper dreaming. The scented version has a light herbal scent that adds to the effect.
Because the tin seals out light, can keep it handy, so I’m reminded to use it throughout the day. It’s very light and smooth, not too shiny, subtle fragrance that’s pleasing. Since I’ve been using this, the condition of my lips have improved tremendously, smoothing premature signs of aging and keeping the pout plump. I even dab a little bit around my eyes to keep the area better conditioned and it doesn’t run. Love!
I always put a coat of lip balm on before bed, so this has been perfect for my bedtime routine. I also have a newborn (no longer nursing), and it’s lovely for baby kisses! I have the scented—which is very delicate, not at all distracting—but I might grab an unscented one for dual use, since my husband and I are planning on having one more child.
Okay, I only recieved this yesterday but I AM OBSESSED. I have the scented tube version and have been using it nonstop. Aside from my lips being soft and smelling like sleepy time tea, I've had a really sreiously luck filled day with this on my person. I'm going to need to purchase a spare.
