Inspired by the Silverettes acquired in anticipation of my own postpartum experience, in the lead-up to Exalted Luna’s working, I asked Tony if he would be willing to create Talismanic Nursing Cups during the operation.

Moon in Taurus Nursing Cups

Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and cast in fine .999 silver. Around the outer edge in high relief are the ‘characters of the moon’ from book I, chapter 33 of H. Cornelius Agrippa’s ‘Three Books of Occult Philosophy’.

Silver nursing cups are a breastfeeding aid designed to alleviate soreness and promote healing during breastfeeding. Cast from pure .999 fine silver, these reusable and durable dome-shaped cups act as a protective barrier over cracked or sore nipples. The natural antimicrobial properties of silver contribute to preventing infections and creating a comfortable environment for healing. Worn inside a bra, silver nursing cups provide comfort and shield from further irritation caused by contact with clothing. They allow air circulation while offering a non-toxic aid for breastfeeding mothers seeking relief. These cups were cast thicker than other nursing cups so as to provide more efficient transference of heat to aid in cooling and reduce inflammation. *Silver nursing cups are not a substitute for addressing latch problems or other breastfeeding issues. They serve as a supportive tool in the healing process, providing mothers with a reusable and effective aid for managing soreness during their breastfeeding stage.

Fine silver nursing cups arrive in a keepsake pine and burlap jewelry box bearing a wax seal of the moon.

These cups can be worn as Talismans outside of nursing purposes, and even used as tiny offering cups atop Lunar altars. Since each is its own Talisman, the Client technically receives two instead of one.

Five sets were created in total, only four of which are being offered to the public ($999).
