Butter Ocean Incense + Powder
Burn it!
Offered in a 1/2 oz cork top vial or 2 oz bulk pot.
Note that Sphere + Sundry’s Incense Powders are designed to be burned *without* charcoal, on beds of premium ash in a firesafe dish or plate. Pour ash, then pat or use a tool to create a relatively smooth surface. Pour the desired amount of Incense Powder into the palm of your non-dominant hand, and use the other to assemble a thin peaked mound, line, or sigil, pinch by pinch. These can be quite thin if desired. The neater and more ridged your shape is, the better it will burn! Light the top of the ridge to ignite.
Taking time to prepare Incense in this way can be a meditative and centering experience, and allows the practitioner to create custom burn times with zero waste. If your line ends up too long, simply use a knife to ‘cut’ the fresh powder away from the ignited portion to use later.

I've used this both as an offering to Jupiter and for space clearing. It is so so potent and brings this absolutely euphoric sense that all is well. Also highly recommend smoke bathing the wallet, to keep your pockets full with ease!
Butter Ocean plays with my chart sooooo nicely and it aided hugely in remediating my Venus this past year. I am in love with this incense and the whole entire series that I just can´t get enough of it. It smells like warm cinnamon buns maybe with some added cardamom in with the batter, toasted and sugary with warm melted butter. THAT is the vibe of this Jupiter. And honestly, it didnt´help the waist line when I first started engaging with it, but over time that has diminished and now I just luxuriate in the good vibes this energy brings. Always incredible for money magic, but also in bringing family together and good times. Im´so grateful for this medicine.

One of my favorite incenses. Very cozy, relaxing, and reminds me I don’t have to rush. I can take and enjoy my time and just f l o w . S l o w l y .
This incense is a great acquisition for an altar to Jupiter or an abundance attracting altar/spell. This is abundance not only in a material sense, but a wider understood generosity with resources coming from others – time, help, a shoulder to cry on or a helpful suggestion that opens a doorway of opportunity. I got a larger jar, and I can wholeheartedly say it became one of my favourites as these jars usually last me for YEARS, but this time round I can already see the bottom!
So insulating and comforting after a long hard day - or just anytime. The smoke smells delicious as well. Just be careful it doesn’t add TOO much insulation to the waist line 😉
I love this blend of incense. I've used it successfully for meditation, sigil petitions, and general jupiterian workings towards scholarly endeavours.
Early returns suggest that it is expansive and soothing, brings a smile and confidence. I will be burning this more.
I appreciate the slower more relaxed energy Butter Ocean brings in comparison to some of the other more energizing Jupiter materia. It's luxurious and pleasurable and aids in facilitating and calling in more of that energy. Rich, warming and enjoyable.
I love mixing some of this incense with Luna in Cancer incense and burning before & during my therapy sessions, which I do remotely. Butter Ocean sets in a grand feeling of ease, smoothing out the potentially destabilizing properties of Luna in Cancer.
All of the Butter Ocean materia has read as very ~foody~ (reasonable!). When I heat this incense gently (by sprinkling it over a Japanese charcoal buried in incense ash), I swear I smell delicious toasted spices, like fenugreek, cardamom, cumin, and other Indian buffet aromas. It is warming, fuzzy, nourishing - all the things Kait promised in the writeup. When I set it on fire directly, it's a sharper, smokier effect (more like getting the heat from a tandoori oven; I cannot get away from food metaphors with this stuff). I use it to soothe anxious states.
I use both the incense and the powder from this series, but I find the incense much more potent! Burning a small amount of this has been known to retrieve me from deeply melancholic states to literally grinning from ear to ear, dancing in the kitchen to Stevie Wonder and baking banana bread. I would have a hard time believing it if I hadn't experienced it myself, this stuff is pure JOY. 😀

One of my favorite incenses! I got it for my devotional practice to Jupiter. Beautiful smelling, and as another reviewer said, the vibe is immaculate. I typically do my devotions in Jupiter's first evening hour on Thursdays, which is shortly before bed, and I find that it is relaxing and helps me drift off to sleep very quickly.
If you would like the vibe to be immaculate, nothing achieves this with quite as much panache as this. I burn it before socializing and feel so much more open and relaxed while simultaneously feeling in complete control and totally protected. As a result it makes me feel so much more confident and present because there's just no room for unneeded stress or anxiety.
