In the same way that a pinch of Luna in Cancer powder potentiates and supercharges other series, I've found that a smidgen of Empress powder can add irresistible charm to a working. It basically makes (or encourages) people fall in line assisting and smoothing the way for whatever your magic is working towards!

Decadent, regal, luscious, relaxing, well-pleased, sought after (but ensures that only those that match your frequency approach you, while intimidating or safeguarding you from low-frequency connections). The best to bask in pleasure and a sense of overfill.

As a naturally somewhat conflict-avoidant person—a person trained to be polite above all with strangers—I can use some energetic help sometimes when I need to sternly defend my queendom. Empress powder is my go-to. The embodied regal feeling is real. I have no problem setting and enforcing boundaries with this powder and I’ve tested this under duress with worthy opponents.

This is the first S+S powder that I ever purchased at launch, for its own sake, rather than snatching one up because it was one of the last pieces of materia for a series still available. I'd taken to burning others as 'incense' -- over charcoal if need be -- in lieu of actual incense. That's not something I intend to use this powder for, though! Because I've come to find that this powder has a *fantastic* ability to leave a lingering, potent sweetness to my altar whenever I sprinkle it around the edges of offering bowls, etc. This sweetness is not only olfactory, though it definitely keeps on smelling fantastic for LONG afterwards, as I continue to catch whiffs of that delicious fragrance for many days, weeks, and even months later; it also lends a sweet ambiance to the space, feeling soft and decadent and so, so lovely. I've said it before and I'll say it again: the Empress is my absolute favorite.

Powder inside my left shoe/sock? I had doubts initially, but it WORKS! I sprinkled this, along with Deneb Algedi powder, inside my left sock and left shoe the day I went on vacation with a dear friend (let's call her D). We got bumped up on an earlier bus, we had a great rapport with the check-in lady at the hostel, and the best surprise of all: we met common friends (E & B) and had a very good time! D and I totally did not expect E & B to be on the same place at the same time! I really felt that Old-White-Man-Privilege meets Everybody's-Friend energy from these two powders, I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

I love all of the Empress materia. It's one of the ones I use the absolute most. I use the powder to dust myself. It helps me feel more driven, confident- so much I have the tendency to fix my posture and walk with my head up when I use it. I don't even think about it, it just happens and its something I've observed. It also is great in getting me to take action and make things happen as well as for me to engage in self care which is something I scarcely do.

In a word: delicious.
I use this powder in all Venus workings and also run it through my hair or over my skin when I want to give myself a little Venusian *oomph.*
My initial intention with it was to attract money and simply have a nicer time at work. It had an immediate impact on business, not just in the sense that we had more customers waking in, but also that the vibe between people became palpably... pleasurable. I work in a restaurant, and notice that when I use this powder there is a greater appreciation for the sensual and personal side of hospitality, both in myself as well as reflected back to me by coworkers and clients. I don't think it's a coincidence that within a few weeks of using this I began what is so far an extremely sensuous and satisfying love affair with a coworker. The thing is, normally I find myself get sort of carried away with excitement over a new lover, which can cause me to crash and burn or get hurt later on, but this one has a great integrity and maturity to it, while still being sexy as hell (it also began the day that Venus and Mars conjoined in Cap, so the timing really does check out). Overall, I can't recommend this powder highly enough. It's potent stuff.

I used this powder back in December for one of my first serious attempts at candle magic, with Son of Apollo & Aldebaran powder and wow! It worked incredibly well! This helped me finally put my body/health in first place. It’s been about a month and a half and the changes are Noticeable. Pounds have been lost, skin has been beautified. I put this in the Empress reviews because, since Venus rules my Asc, i feel she did the heavy lifting.
Oil/water application is lovely for daily support, but if you need an extra OOOMPH, a candle and some powder does great.
