I love this powder so much but lost it in a move. I just repurchased and some pre-ship juju hit where I started to notice that a weight has been lifted, and everything feels like it’s getting better. Mental health improvement and finally feeling hope ❤️

I am genuinely close to heartbroken that I didn't know this existed sooner. I've needed this energy since the pandemic started, and of course it would've been nice to have even further back, but it'd be a mistake to fixate on an unchangeable bygone past when I could be grateful I have it now. Sometimes it goes down easily, like when the air just feels a little nicer outside and people on the street look beautiful in a way they didn't yesterday. But it is Immortal Heart, so of course it isn't without tears and real grief, and sometimes it means suddenly feeling the need to taste the bitter salt of the bile you were choking back so long, maybe for years. The aftermath can be unflattering, like the memory of getting vulnerable after drinking and maybe talking too much and wondering if the wrong people saw a side of you that you didn't even know was there because why do we drink if not for release, and you can't control what spills out of Pandora's box once the lock has snapped open. And sometimes, if you're lucky, those people stick around after the fact and help you sort through the mess that came up, because it doesn't have to be bad that it did, and maybe it was even necessary. When it's bad, it's not easy, but when it's good, it's really nice. It feels like the Star card, or the Dolly Parton quote, "Everyone wants sunshine, no one wants rain, but you can't get a rainbow without a little rain." Not without the caution tape anything from Immortal Heart could use, but this would be a great place to start.

I pair this incense with Descending - together these are invaluable for trauma work, keeping my emotions online and preventing me from shutting down. It’s possible to use something solar to pull myself back up, but I prefer Ascending. It feels more complete to me, like a whole cycle. And I must say, in addition to the magic imbued, the fragrance somehow fits it’s purpose perfectly, too. 10/10 highly recommend! I hope there will be another iteration of this in the future…

I brought this with me to a funeral for a relative who had lived a long life and while everyone was sad at the loss, they were also able to remember the good stuff and funny stuff. I had brought this with and offered some to everyone.

Beautiful support after emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding trials in life. It definitely opens the drapes and lets the light in after the darkness has subsided.

My experience of this powder is a gentle and supportive of expanding awareness. Recovering from an episode of grieving, one can feel so vulnerable and turned inward around ones pain and loss. This powder, kept next to my bed at night or sprinkled into a little traveling pouch I could keep in my pocket, helped me to feel I could open myself to the day ahead. It brought the nudge of support and a connection to the understanding that pain and grief are universal, filling me with compassion for myself and those I came into contact with.

Like the title says. I have a natal cancer moon and a horrid relationship with my mother (sadly) and this series has been such a blessing in my life. I have several versions of this series, but this powder is so versatile - I have used it in so many ways - sachets, adding to homemade lotions, a splash in my bath water, the uses are only bound by your imagination.

This is hands down my favorite powder from S+S. It’s been really great at giving me more capacity, in tandem with my somatic experiencing work. I’m able to open up more to feel pain without fear, while feeling supported.

I also receive so many downloads and inspirations about the nature of my pain and my psyche, and ways to heal in the moment. When something arises for me that I would normally turn or cringe away from in pain, or distract myself from, I get a nudge to be curious about openly welcoming the feeling or experience. It makes the work of transmutation and transformation much lighter and easier, and ultimately quickens the process.

Ascending Heart Powder is JOYFUL. I worked my way through a bottle of IH oil (i got my back up), a lot of the Descending Heart Powder working through some really old, inherited pain and dynamics and Ascending is really for when I need a pat in the back, remember I’m not where I was and that I’m in a much better peaceful and joyful way. I love this series and I think it is my favorite of all the S+S series. The description given, though short, is accurate. I feel like new hope has opened up in a set of dynamics that have felt stagnant and unhealthy for a long time. It has also marked new lightness and spirit in my mother that has translated to me! Truly grateful.
