Luna in Cancer Bath Salts
Dead Sea salt, mixed with consecrated Luna in Cancer herbal mix alongside essential oils of myrrh, frankincense, and 3 chamomiles.
Bathe to cleanse the emotional sphere and auric body, to prime for ritual activities, trance states, spell work, and the like.
Attunes to Luna’s realm. Increases one’s ability to magnetize and to manifest.
Soothing but also strange, in the very proprietary way Luna Magic can be…

Note that reusable muslin bags are available as accessories, if you’d like to bathe without leaving herbal residue behind in the tub or going down the drain. They also work wonderfully as body scrub bundles for using magical Bath Salts in the shower, or for small travel portions without fear of glass breaking!

Love how relaxing a bath in Luna salts feel. Scent is great. It's very calming and a bit trance-like where you feel like you could sleep in the bath and just immerse in it. You can really feel the difference in energy compared to the solar or mercurial bath salts.
On the waxing moon applying to Venus, towards Luna's fullness in Cancer, I bathed in these for the first time (in my first ever full ritual bath). During the bath, I entered a trance state and felt that I could have slept in that water for hours, if not forever. Ever since the ritual bath, I truly feel that my physical and magical senses, for good and at times less constructive, have heightened. I've become more inclined to comfort and care, not just of myself but towards others. A Powerful series to approach with cautiousness yet openness and humility, appreciation for all Luna is and bestows
I used those salts for the first time on the new moon in Capricorn. It just felt appropriate to add it to flour wash and then to my ritual bath. My toddler expressed how sad she felt over stuff. I then realized that LiC might have been too much for us. Luckily, Jupiter in Cancer saved the mood. We all woke up feeling very well rested the next morning.
I'm taking a slow approach with this one based on the disclaimers that I know S+ wouldn't make if they weren't important. I mixed some salts in water and applied to my feet before bed, and had a wild, closer to lucid dream than I have had in awhile. Continued methods have increased different dreams, which is what I wanted because I felt like I was stuck in the same dream loops for a couple years. Really glad I got this one. Oh, and first blush out of the box (which for me is always a great indicator) - it does feel feral and witchy as hell! Which is a nice throwback to my pre-mom days 🙂
These bath salts were sent to me in error and I'm SOOOO glad they were! Dreamy and magical, I like to engage with these salts respectfully and with a clear intent. Luna is quite unhappy in my chart, but using these salts has been a great way to engage with that lovely silvery energy.
I did not intend passive use for this, but rather to enhance another series for a specific goal. This worked out well. It smells wonderful, and I do recommend a bath bag to catch the plant material. It is just BIG WITCH ENERGY. Use naked with knowledge you may glow and become feral for awhile, or maybe that’s just me? I regret waiting so long to engage. Oh, and highly recommend as adjunct to things like the Monroe method, and other facilitated meditation/obe if you already practice and have good spiritual hygiene of course.
Looking forward to combining with other series.
I loved how embodied I felt after my bath.
These salts definitely induce a trance state, so I will plan to use them for evening baths only! Sleep was restful and restorative and the effects were felt into the next day. A little definitely goes a long way!
As a cancer rising, I find this series really relaxing and nourishing. Using these in the bath feels like getting a big hug from the universe. I feel like am better able to let go of any stuck emotions and release past hurts.
With Hermanubis salts or Fomy it is so easy to enter trance state with these, but then I have a natal cancer moon so baths are kinda my thing. They smell so good and are sooo relaxing for when Im feeling overwhelm or during my time of the month when I need to be cradled. Super powerful moon magic .
I took a bath with only a few sprinkles of this as I wanted to assess how I'd do bathing in Cancerian Lunary influence. I actually loved it - I felt way more in touch with my body, grounded and present as myself, and just more ok with just inhabiting a body. I did have a moment where I thought I saw a something that wasn't there and this startled me a bit, but I was able to quickly accept this and feel calm enjoyment again. The effects lingered after mt bath so I felt very grounded and centered in bed as well.
I deal with chronic pain on a semi-frequent basis. Bathing in these salts *once* seemed to magically fix some of those issues both on a symptomatic level and much deeper, showing me the root *emotional* cause. It wasn’t even a ritual bath, just a casual soak. My moon is afflicted so I’m definitely in need of Lunar remedies, so I will have to try a ritual bath soon; I can only imagine how powerful that could be. Soothing yet strange indeed.
I love using these bath salts. It feels so nourishing and supportive. Like wrapping my soul in a warm blanket and at the same time healing my heart. I highly recommend them. I use these more than any other salts and sometimes combine them with others to amplify the effects of other bath salts.
These bath salts are incredibly nourishing for this Cancer ascendant. I've used them alone and with other materia; I found them very comforting both times. When I paired them with some Jupiter materia, I felt like I got a thunderbolt (ha) kind of download from the universe about the scarcity/fear mindset I'd gotten into and how I needed to tend to my Jupiterian sphere. I know I'll return to this series for more insights on how I can better care for myself!
These salts are powerful! I find them to be one of the strongest Luna in Cancer offerings for surfacing buried feelings and needs. I wonder if it has to do with being immerse in the waters of this materia? I have gotten very clear messages during baths with these salts about things I need to feel or know within my body. The baths don't feel cozy, exactly, they are kind of strange and surreal, but it feels like a check in I need to do with myself every now and then to see what needs to surface.
I’m a cancer rising/sun/venus/mercury/SN so I love these for any major lunar transits. It can definitely give me a genuine psychedelic feeling, so if you’re feeling very ungrounded I’d say be careful with these! I’ve gotten a lot of great visuals that have aided my personal growth and I sleep pretty well after using them at night. Once again, straight banger from S+S collection.
Luna in Cancer is one of my all-time fave S&S series, and the bath salts have a much lighter touch for me than less-diluted direct skin applications (the more emphatic items agree with me very well, but I would recommend the bath salts for anyone who's either had too intense a time with the more concentrated topicals or is just wary of how those will affect them). The salts smell different to me than my other go-to LiC - the body butter - the salts have an almost boozy scent to them? Fitting for how floaty the feeling is. Luna in Cancer is my preferred salt for ritual bathing done at night, or in the morning if I'm planning to have a very lunar, TLC-type day. Otherwise similar effects to the other items in the series - for me, warm, fuzzy, embodied, cuddly, calm. I'm really looking forward to a lot of LiC baths on cozy, inactive, twinkle-light-and-hot-cocoa days this winter.
Possibly the most relaxing bath salts I have ever used. Pure bliss.
My aunt passed away a few weeks ago and I'm deep into the grieving process and heavy with pain, both physical pain and pain in my heart. I haven't used bath salts in a while but rediscovered how powerful and grounding (!) a Luna bath is for me right now. My emotions organize and while still hurting my head isn't spinning and I feel more in control and grounded.
With a tricky moon placement, I was a bit nervous to explore the Luna in Cancer series and felt that the salts might be a more casual way to engage with the series. Also, the promise of three chamomiles seemed too good to pass up. These bath salts are just soothing and nourishing and great to use in conjunction with a DAII energetic cleansing bath for additional oomph. A little bit goes a long way, especially if you decide to use the bath salts in other ways such as adding to altar waters or bottles for your spaces and mixing in with energetic cleansing cleansing tools for wiping down the house and assisting in cleaning.
The post-bath feelings tend to be calm and centering like a warm hug, so better to use close to bedtime.
These bath salts have absolutely helped with Internal Family Systems therapy this year... it aided the process of me getting to know different parts of myself and i'm still benefitting from it!!! Thank you Luna!!!1
I have a few bath salts from various series. All of them are wonderful with their own specific feelings and results. The Moon in Cancer salts are no different. Probably the most relaxing and nourishing out of the bath salts i have, i had the best nights sleep ever after using them for the first time. They also enhance whatever else you might want to bath in. Clean, clear and comforted. I love them. Thank you Kaitlin xx
From all series salts this one I use the most often. I use it with muslin bag as a last step when taking my shower. It feels cleansing and nursing at the same time. I developed a perspective that after showering this way I am becoming a perfect canvas for whatever series I am using that day (applying body butter next).
