Blank Canvas is a Collection of clean, effective, and unscented base formulations for self-care, comprised of botanically infused, organic ingredients, starting with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Lotion.
All are are sulfate, paraben, and pthalate free, with EWG ingredient scores of no less than 1-2. They are what I use on myself, but more tellingly, they are what I use on Lucian. They are the most effective, and healthiest self-care product formularies I could possibly find.
Each can be spiked with the Talismanic Materia of your choice — that you already have in your collection (allowing for new incarnations of even sold out series, like Empress Shampoo and Luminous Crown Conditioner!), or that you pick up with any new order.
Each Blank Canvas comes in a 200 ml clear silicone bottle marked on the cap with a golden S+ (Shampoo), C+ (Conditioner), or L+ (Lotion) to indicate their form. These bottles can be used to mix Incenses / Powders, Beauty Oils, Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab Perfumes and more into your magically infused potions, which can be stored cap-side up to ensure herbal residue does not block the pour spout.

Blank Canvas Shampoo

It can be so difficult to find a largely organic, botanically derived shampoo that is effective and a textural pleasure to use, but after tens of formularies tested over the course of over a year, this one took the cake! Blank Canvas Shampoo is best infused with Prima Materia in the form of Powders and Incense (I've been loving GSII I/P). Unscrew the cap and add as much or as little as you personally like (I use about 1 tablespoon per bottle), screw the cap back on, and shake shake shake (or, stir first with a long, thin utensil to make it easier). Your shampoo can be used right away, but for best results leave overnight. You'll be surprised at how much scent and color comes from even a little bit of powder! And it will continue infusing over time, growing more concentrated as it ages. Store these bottles cap-side up in the shower so herbal residue doesn't clog the spout. Use as you would any other shampoo, and enjoy! Potentiate application of your Materia by saying prayers, affirmations, or expressions of gratitude to the Powers involved. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and make massaging the shampoo into that beautiful crown of yours a genuine Ritual. This largely organic, botanically derived and unscented Lotion has you covered when Body Butters aren't the right fit — perhaps because they're too heavy, greasier than you're wanting, or the weather is just too hot for shipping. It is lightly moisturizing and entirely non-greasy, gentle and clean enough for even a newborn baby. Since Incense and Powders are grainy and would leave residue, Blank Canvas Lotion is best as a vehicle for Beauty Oils, Anointing Oils, and Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab Perfumes.
