    Organic and wildcrafted Golden Sol II: Sun Without Sin herbal blend, powdered with royal hojari frankincense, mastic, arnica, and tangerine. Makes an exquisite smoke bath for cleansing spaces and the vessel (standalone or as part of bathing rituals), as well as an offering to Solar Spirits — at any time or during weekly devotions. Warming and gentle, yet profoundly renewing. Note that Sphere + Sundry's Incense Powders are designed to be burned *without* charcoal, on beds of premium ash in a firesafe dish or plate. Pour ash, then pat or use a tool to create a relatively smooth surface. Pour the desired amount of Incense Powder into the palm of your non-dominant hand, and use the other to assemble a thin peaked mound, line, or sigil, pinch by pinch. These can be quite thin if desired. The neater and more ridged your shape is, the better it will burn! Light the top of the ridge to ignite. Taking time to prepare Incense in this way can be a meditative and centering experience, and allows the practitioner to create custom burn times with zero waste. If your line ends up too long, simply use a knife to 'cut' the fresh powder away from the ignited portion to use later.

    Golden Sol II Talismans

    Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and cast in 90/10 Electrum [silver and gold] with calcined salts of cedar and frankincense. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of saffron, cedar, bay laurel, and frankincense.

    On one side, the image of a rayed solar disc. The center of the sun is set with a quartz crystal cabochon lens representing the New Moon in Leo. Behind the lens, a gold disc enhances the brilliance, making the cabochon appear as if it radiates soft golden light, symbolizing the union of the Sun and Moon during the conjunction, and the qualities of clarity, renewal, and illumination.

    The reverse side features an intricate design of Apollo’s lyre, accented with serpent motifs. This image recalls the "Son of Apollo" Asclepius Series, a previous talisman collection focused on rejuvenation and healing. Apollo, associated with both the lyre and divine healing, connects the image to the Sun’s purifying and clarifying aspect. The serpents, symbolic of transformation, renewal, and wisdom, further align with the nature of this series. Through the cut-out design of the lyre, the golden disc seen from the opposite side of the talisman is visible, linking both sides in a harmonious reflection of the Sun’s light. The image and materials were chosen not to evoke the heat of the Sun but rather its brilliance, purifying, and life-giving qualities.

    Each Golden Sol II talisman arrives in a keepsake jewelry box wax-sealed with the glyph of the Sun, and a 20" silver chain.

    When obtained via a complete Altar Box Set, these Talismans include a special matching box made of birch, complete with pillow filled with consecrated Golden Sol II materia.

Water stored in, and taken from, pure copper is one of the healthiest ways to drink it, according to the Ayurvedic tradition. Fill with fresh, purified water. Shake 6 times, with prayers and intent for Solar and Leonine outcomes. Leave overnight, optionally — to maximize impact — on an Altar.     The Torch of First Light Anointing Oil

    This is an experimental subset, designed to [ juice / milk ] the Sun and Moon coming together as One. Sol is the Spirit and the animating, Apollonian force, governing over all that is visible and apparent. The Moon is the Body, the animalic, and the subconscious, holding sway over what is hidden, esoteric, and mysterious. Each Luminary is arguably twice as important as a normal planet, as Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn all rule two signs (one yin, and one yang), while Moonstruck Cancer and Sun-soaked Leo serve as their own primal pairing, responsible for single, respective domains. Cancer and Leo, the two signs which just so happen to initiate creation in the Thema Mundi. The name, "Torch of First Light", is a double entendre — acknowledging the quality of the Solar charge in our Sun Without Sin election — like the first rays of sunlight meeting the morning dew, full of hope and the promise of a new day. Torches are smoll, portable fires carried to help escort their bearer through whatever darkness engulfs them, whether through a cramped, dungeonous corridor or a Moonless wood. The idea here, is to carry that Torch — that touch of Sunlight, within. Within the necessary darkness of the Mind, and density of the corporeal form — into the Body entire. To light recesses never before seen, and to facilitate cohesion and coherence of Self, from the inside out. Rather than outside in, as is the norm. This is a subset of introspection and of meditation. It ultimately heals, as gentle rays of sunlight do, but first — one must process what has been revealed. One must feel that which has been excavated, to eat and to digest and to metabolize it, to incorporate it into the One. For it is by becoming Whole and Unified in and of ourselves that the Fall is picked back up — Kintsugi'd — and the Garden, restored. The effects of this subset are, especially at first, heavy. The Descending Heart of the Sun. The Dark Moon of our election. They are also deeply activating, as one mentally escorts the Torch of First Light to various points within the Body and Mind, starting at the crown of the head, and descending... then stoking, until the entire vessel is consumed with the most brilliant rays of golden light, shining in perpetuity throughout space and time. Integration follows. The Spirit and Body come into closer, more conscious dialogue. The inner voice strengthens. The narrator within speaks will and wisdom at a volume we can perceive, more and more often. We piece ourselves together again.     Golden Sol II Body Butter

    Organic and wildcrafted herbs of Solar nature, such as yellowdock, calendula, St. John's wort, rosemary, and calamus, fumigated with royal hojari frankincense during our Sun Without Sin election and immersed in organic jojoba oil. This was strained and combined with organic shea butter and coconut oil, yellow mandarin, white grapefruit, angelica root, frankincense, and arnica, later whipped to perfection with sheets of 24k gold leaf. Offered in a 2 oz glass jar for $33, or 6 oz bulk pot for $78 Important note: Body Butters are prone to melting in transit during hot weather, especially when shipped ground and/ or not collected immediately!  They are whipped (like cream) to create a soft, spreadable texture. When Body Butters melt in transit, the air within gets separated from the oil base, making the jar *appear* less full. Rest assured that we never send "half empty" Body Butters. You are getting the *same amount* of product when this happens. None leaked if the exterior of the jar and label are not oily. Your Butter can be restored by putting it into the refrigerator and re-whipping it, or used as-is, whatever you prefer! It retains its magical and herbal potency regardless of air content.  Refunds or replacements are not given for items that melt in transit. Note that for the first time ever (but not the last!), the Altar Boxes for Golden Sol II have been specially designed and custom made. Birch wood, associated with illumination, insight, bringing light into dark places, renewal, purification, protection, and new beginnings, finished with tung oil and citrus.     This entirely new Form was birthed by Sphere + Sundry's most recent Postpartum Release, as a spinoff of the Lip / Nip Sticks. Choose that one for general use (it's a more comfortable wear! which will surprise no one!), and this for Capricorn II things: productivity, focus, achievement, organization, and coordinated effort. Lip products are wonderfully functional as magical tools, as they specifically empower the speech. It is a very cool honor to pioneer them! This is especially well-suited to application before Solomonic works, or rituals involving the compel and command of Spirits. As well as prayers to the Goddess Hygeia, seeing this Decan is classically associated with Her. For practical real-world applications, use before team meetings or brainstorming sessions. Chapsticks bring an energy's focus to the head, so this is a perfect choice to support the mental and verbal aspects of Capricorn II's Great Works.
