Into the center of the helm was placed saffron, yew, and sard/sardonyx [carnelian and red agate], which was then enclosed with a 3.5 carat amethyst. Ingredients and gemstones were used per the instructions found in 'De Quindecim Stellis' translations Quadripertitus, Liber Enoch, and Liber Thebit.
