Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to where I live?

We ship all over the world! Shipping can be calculated on the Checkout page after you’ve made your selections.

Rates are pulled live from UPS + USPS.

If you are overcharged, a refund will be issued when the order is packed!

Please read the info on the Cart page regarding which of our shipping options might be best for you, and be sure to add any comments regarding customs disclosures in the notes field at Checkout.

Do you offer consultations? Can you look at my chart?

Given time constraints (among other things!), Kaitlin (👋 hi, that’s me!) cannot offer consultations or custom recommendations based on natal charts or most other factors.

For guidance, please see this article 🔮

For remedial suggestions based on natal factors, we recommend Austin Coppock, Austin’s year II graduates, Freedom Cole, or any of the referrals Freedom may make.

Can I add to an order that has already been placed?

Yes! As long as the order has not shipped, you are welcome to place additional orders.

After they get packed, postage will be purchased, and you will be promptly refunded any excess.

Multiples are typically flagged for consolidation by the shipping platform automatically, so there is no need create a support ticket notifying us of dual+ orders (we’re almost never manning the support portal in real time in the workroom, so thank you for the consideration but it just ends up cluttering the inbox!)

If we miss combining them, Sphere + Sundry’s policy is to refund your excess shipping regardless 🤓

You are definitely invited to write in if you feel a refund has been missed, however! We enjoy offering custom services of this nature, but it does increase the odds of a fuck up…

Will you come on my Podcast/ YouTube/ &c?

You can ask (and thank you!), but probably not 😅

Keeping operations moving is a more than full time job, so at this point my focus is best kept on the actual work over media + promotion.

If you would like to send an invitation, a list is being kept for if/ when this changes. The offers and opportunities are genuinely appreciated!

There is so much more I would be doing if the time were available…
PLUS, I am weirdly shy 🙈

If I write asking a question that has already been answered in this FAQ will the answer be different?

Nope 😹

Please note that we are currently short staffed due to Covid-19 and the Holiday season. Sometimes we are able to respond same-day, but others are taking much longer. Thank you for your patience in the interim. We have changes in the works that should drastically improve response times in early 2021 🙏

Due to a high volume of emails, it’s not possible to respond to every request.
Correspondences regarding placed orders and by paying clients have the highest priority.

Long and personally involved messages regarding chart placements asking for recommendations will likely go unanswered,

    Balm of Hermanubis

    , , ,
A olfactory homage to Hermanubis, ritually blended in the election window by thee one and only Mrs. Elizabeth Barrial of Twilight Alchemy and Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs. Of which, she shares —

Be silent in that solitude, Which is not loneliness — for then The spirits of the dead, who stood In life before thee, are again In death around thee, and their will Shall overshadow thee; be still.

The bridge between life and death, between the conscious and unconscious, between the soul and the body. This is an oil to be used during the process of understanding life, death, and the spaces in-between. It eases the pain of grieving, opens doorways to the liminal space between states of being, and enables you to better understand life by confronting and embracing death. It is a scent of stillness and quiet, of standing in cool shadows. It is the solemn and joyous embrace of the beloved dead; you are not alone.

Cypress essential oil and cypress from the TAL garden (Cupressus sempervirens), myrrh essential oil and tears (Commiphora myrrha), organic hops flowers and hops essential oil (Humulus lupulus), cedar leaf (Thuja plicata), cedar berries (Juniperus monosperma), western red cedar essential oil (Thuja plicata) and Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica), peru balsam (Myroxylon pereirae), and black vegetal musk.

    Way Opening Dead-Drawing Elixir

    , ,
Blood red wine and dark spiced rum, poured over consecrated Hermanubis II herbal mix for attracting the Dead at the height of Mercury's retrograde Eclipse of the Sun, November 11th, 2019. Mist to get the attention of the Dead, drawing them to partake of offerings or engage in communion. Acts as a veil thinner between the realms of the living and deceased, and facilitates an easier, more stable connection. Use to wake gravesites, before séances, channeling, making offerings to Ancestors, or performing Necromantic operations. Be specific with which dead you are calling when using this spray, as it will act as a beacon for all manner of deceased. You may find it useful to create a ritual circle with natron, or form a line outside the room chosen for the operation, to keep the Dead from venturing into unintended spaces. After the operation, to mitigate hauntings and loitering souls, a formal banishment and change of clothes is recommended. , ,
Saffron, lightning struck peach wood, fulgurite, lapis lazuli, 24k gold leaf, frankincense resin, cinnamon, allspice, clove, orange peel, mullein, and other Jupiterian herbs were ritually suffumigated and combined with organic sunflower and walnut oils, along with ghee. This was lightly heated to expedite the extraction process and imbued with a natural blue-green cast. Blue and yellow are colors frequently allocated to Jupiter in the Western magical tradition, though in the Chinese 5-element system Jupiter is associated with the element of wood, which represents new growth and expansion, and is given the color green. Lightly scented with pure essential oils of sandalwood, cassia, and copaiba. Anoint yourself to draw opportunities and good luck, uplift and expand your perspective, and magnify the effects of Jupiter transits during his time in Sagittarius. Can be of service in helping you establish goals and game plans, connect with positive possibilities, and support growth, accumulation, and expansion.
