These can be quite thin if desired. The neater and more ridged your shape is, the better it will burn! Light the top of the ridge to ignite. Following receipt of the specialty ingredients necessary to construct it, we are proud to begin shipping THE WINGED LION SUBSET — Anointing Oil, Incense + Powder, and Chapstick which leverage the dual-bodied, aerial nature of GSIII's election and take it to the next level. Typically soaring between 10,000 to 20,000 feet, the Winged Lion cares not for the petty squabbles of ground level. No competition exists. There is nothing to prove; no peer to police. Just wide open vistas of Apex possibility! It is simply AWESOME, and it feels as such! A combination of consecrated Mercury in Gemini materia x Golden Titan (among other things), the harmonious sextile between the signs of Gemini and Leo move from being a light and enjoyable exchange to an entire theater of exploration. A set and a setting. A vibe you have most certainly never fully immersed yourself in before.     From the forge of Tony Mack:

    Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and Cast in 80/20 Electrum [silver and gold] with calcined salts of bay laurel, thistle, and frankincense. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of saffron, thistle, cedar, and frankincense.

    On one side, the image of the solar titan Helios, sculpted in high relief. His hair radiates outward like the sun's rays, and he wears a diadem of bay laurel cast in gold. Set at the center of the crown is a pendeloque-cut ruby — a stone both under the rulership of the Sun and used in the creation of Behenian fixed star talismans of Aldebaran; reinforcing the Golden Titan's solar qualities with the royal watcher's characteristic potency, expansiveness, and boldness.

    The reverse side features a blazing solar disc with the face of a lion at its center — an image of the Sun’s rulership in Leo, symbolizing focused will, magnanimity, and creative authority.

    Standard talismans were cast in 90/10 electrum with calcined salts of bay laurel, thistle, and frankincense. They feature a laurel crown cast in place, set with a 1.2 carat peridot cabochon.

    Each talisman arrives in a keepsake jewelry box wax-sealed with the glyph of the Sun, and a 20" silver chain.

    The materia that comes with each set includes one of EVERY enchanted item from the Golden Titan series (including BPALs, and the Mystery Subset!) in small or large Form, where there is size variation. Textiles are not included (since they are not enchanted). Talismans are included with each Altar Box, not with Full Sets. Though some might still be available standalone! Small Sets get SLIM VIGIL candles, and Large get 21 ounce glass MAGNUMS. Anointing Oils are chosen standalone, so Clients can enjoy their preferred size and application style.
    Altar Boxes of birch, associated with illumination, insight, bringing light into dark places, renewal, purification, protection, and new beginnings, finished with tung oil and citrus. These include small jewelry boxes with silk pillows for Talismans made of matching wood, and slots custom fitted to properly store the items in your full set of Golden Titan Materia (with extra room for those of your choosing!). Altar Boxes themselves can be used as an Altar surface (open or closed), with two levels of storage and secret storage places.     Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and cast in 90/10 Electrum [silver and gold] with calcined salts of cedar and frankincense. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of saffron, cedar, bay laurel, and frankincense.

    On one side, the image of a rayed solar disc. The center of the sun is set with a quartz crystal cabochon lens representing the New Moon in Leo. Behind the lens, a gold disc enhances the brilliance, making the cabochon appear as if it radiates soft golden light, symbolizing the union of the Sun and Moon during the conjunction, and the qualities of clarity, renewal, and illumination.

    The reverse side features an intricate design of Apollo’s lyre, accented with serpent motifs. This image recalls the "Son of Apollo" Asclepius Series, a previous talisman collection focused on rejuvenation and healing. Apollo, associated with both the lyre and divine healing, connects the image to the Sun’s purifying and clarifying aspect. The serpents, symbolic of transformation, renewal, and wisdom, further align with the nature of this series. Through the cut-out design of the lyre, the golden disc seen from the opposite side of the talisman is visible, linking both sides in a harmonious reflection of the Sun’s light. The image and materials were chosen not to evoke the heat of the Sun but rather its brilliance, purifying, and life-giving qualities.

    Each Golden Sol II talisman arrives in a keepsake jewelry box wax-sealed with the glyph of the Sun, and a 20" silver chain.

    This is an experimental subset, designed to [ juice / milk ] the Sun and Moon coming together as One. Sol is the Spirit and the animating, Apollonian force, governing over all that is visible and apparent. The Moon is the Body, the animalic, and the subconscious, holding sway over what is hidden, esoteric, and mysterious. Each Luminary is arguably twice as important as a normal planet, as Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn all rule two signs (one yin, and one yang), while Moonstruck Cancer and Sun-soaked Leo serve as their own primal pairing, responsible for single, respective domains. Cancer and Leo, the two signs which just so happen to initiate creation in the Thema Mundi. The name, "Torch of First Light", is a double entendre — acknowledging the quality of the Solar charge in our Sun Without Sin election — like the first rays of sunlight meeting the morning dew, full of hope and the promise of a new day. Torches are smoll, portable fires carried to help escort their bearer through whatever darkness engulfs them, whether through a cramped, dungeonous corridor or a Moonless wood. The idea here, is to carry that Torch — that touch of Sunlight, within. Within the necessary darkness of the Mind, and density of the corporeal form — into the Body entire. To light recesses never before seen, and to facilitate cohesion and coherence of Self, from the inside out. Rather than outside in, as is the norm. This is a subset of introspection and of meditation. It ultimately heals, as gentle rays of sunlight do, but first — one must process what has been revealed. One must feel that which has been excavated, to eat and to digest and to metabolize it, to incorporate it into the One. For it is by becoming Whole and Unified in and of ourselves that the Fall is picked back up — Kintsugi'd — and the Garden, restored. The effects of this subset are, especially at first, heavy. The Descending Heart of the Sun. The Dark Moon of our election. They are also deeply activating, as one mentally escorts the Torch of First Light to various points within the Body and Mind, starting at the crown of the head, and descending... then stoking, until the entire vessel is consumed with the most brilliant rays of golden light, shining in perpetuity throughout space and time. Integration follows. The Spirit and Body come into closer, more conscious dialogue. The inner voice strengthens. The narrator within speaks will and wisdom at a volume we can perceive, more and more often. We piece ourselves together again.     Modeled in hard carver's wax, and cast in fine .999 silver. Around the outer edge in high relief are the 'characters of the moon' from book I, chapter 33 of H. Cornelius Agrippa’s ‘Three Books of Occult Philosophy’.

    Silver nursing cups are a breastfeeding aid designed to alleviate soreness and promote healing during breastfeeding. Cast from pure .999 fine silver, these reusable and durable dome-shaped cups act as a protective barrier over cracked or sore nipples. The natural antimicrobial properties of silver contribute to preventing infections and creating a comfortable environment for healing. Worn inside a bra, silver nursing cups provide comfort and shield from further irritation caused by contact with clothing. They allow air circulation while offering a non-toxic aid for breastfeeding mothers seeking relief.     Mars-Jupiter in Aries Talismans (Standard) Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and Cast in 90/10 Electrum [silver and gold] with iron firescale and calcined salts of hawthorn, and frankincense. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of cayenne and frankincense. The image of Mars with resolute visage, modeled after depictions of Alexander the Great with the ram's horns of Jupiter-Ammon. During his military campaign through Egypt, Alexander encountered the Oracle of Amun at the Siwa Oasis. The oracle, functioning as the conduit for the deity, hailed Alexander as the son of Jupiter-Amun, affirming his divine status and legitimizing his rule over Egypt. In gratitude and to solidify his divine connection, Alexander adopted the symbol of the ram's horns, an attribute of Jupiter-Ammon, into his iconography. Images of Jupiter-Ammon were later erected in the Temple of Mars Ultor [Mars the Avenger] in Rome. The image of Mars, with features reminiscent of Alexander's divine imagery underscore martial prowess exalted by jupiterian divine mandate. The other side takes the image of an Elephant, associated with mars in book II, chapter X of Pixatrix on the image of Mars. Engraved beneath its great head are the astral sigils of Mars from arabic manuscript of the Ghayat al-Hakim.     The backbone of Saturn in Aquarius' working altar was a large chonk of woolly mammoth tusk, preserved for thousands of years and unearthed recently in Alaska. Shards were fumigated with myrrh during the operation, and ground into this subset, as well as charred and pulverized for the Ink + Skin Stain. Mammoths are the furry relatives of the elephants we all know and love. There are all kinds of fun mammoth facts tying them to Saturn in Aquarius' arcana, such as them being 1. long-extinct, and 2. commonly preserved in permafrost and discovered by modern man in almost their entirety, even to this day. People have eaten them relatively recently! But what concerns us here are the magical merits of the mammoth — those of endurance, resourcefulness, fortitude, memory, strength, and collective wisdom.     The image of a sickle, the most predominant symbol and tool associated with Saturn. A hilt was added to the handle to give the overall form the impression of the traditional glyph of Saturn. The length of the blade is engraved with the characters of Saturn from book I chapter XXXIII of Agrippa's 'Three books of Occult Philosophy'.

    Upon her head is a diadem set with a 3 carat blue Sapphire, flanked by two 1/2 carat white sapphires; and fitted with a set of hart's antlers. Beneath the center sapphire was placed gold marcasite, myrrh, and alchemical salts of pine which were extracted from needles calcinated during our Saturn election, and precipitated during subsequent hours of Saturn by friend and skillful spagyrist Tyler Schneider of Azoth Apothica.     The symbol of the valknutr was chosen for the Saturn in Aquarius series due primarily to its tri-form construction, in resonance with the 3 wave symbol for Aquarius.     This is its original function, in keeping with the innate purity of Saturnian force.

    Modeled in hard carver's wax and cast in an 90/10 electrum alloy of silver and gold, with calcined salts of cedar and sage. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of frankincense and S+ Asclepius incense.

    An image of the asklepian serpent, or messenger serpent of Asclepius (who in myth placed a healing herb into the mouth of a dead snake, resurrecting it; giving Asclepius/Polyidus the knowledge to restore life to the prince Glaucus). Modeled in three dimensions, the underbelly of the pendant features the serpent's ventral scales. The center of the pendant features a 5 carat carnelian cabochon set over calcined salts of Japanese Knotweed root.

    Organic Son of Apollo herbal base comprised of calendula, St. John's wort, yellowdock root, comfrey root, mullein, skullcap, arnica, goldenseal, balm of gilead, and propolis, consecrated as the Moon conjoined the fixed star of the Divine Physician, Ras Alhague, while applying to a trine with its ruler, Jupiter in Aries, from the Nakshatra Ashwini. 100% incorruptible golden jojoba oil — actually a liquid wax, known for its qualities of preservation and nourishment, making it unlikely to expire (if well-stored). Carnelian and 24k gold. This Anointing Oil is the only in Sphere + Sundry's catalogue that contains zero essential oils, making it a great choice for those who are highly sensitive, or would enjoy the opportunity to add their own blends. The Son of Apollo recipe relies on healing herbs of a more warming, bitter, and yang constitution, often correlated with the Sun, as opposed to those used for the classical Asclepius formula, which are more yin and cooling.     A botanically derived, alcohol-based stain made from pandan leaf, chlorophyl, and ritually consecrated sage, rose of jericho, and cypress. Frankincense, mint, and infused Asclepius honey. Sphere + Sundry inks and skin stains tend to be on the light side, making them versatile in terms of layering and coloring the backgrounds of petition papers and sigil canvas with their built-in brush caps — in this case, a natural sage green. For writing, they tend to perform best using something like a Japanese calligraphy or watercolor brush, rather than true fountain pens. When applied on the skin, this will likely be almost invisible on many tones, but still serve to activate the vessel as intended.
