    Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and cast in Mithraic silver [an alloy of majority silver with a portion of gold, palladium, copper, and tin] with calcined salts of corriander, spikenard, grapevine, and clove. Mercury governs among the metals [besides quicksilver] those which are mixed and alloyed. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of S+S Exalted Mercury Cazimi planetary incense.

    Venus-Fomalhaut Subset

    The Fairer Benefic was conjunct the Royal Star Fomalhaut in Sphere + Sundry's Exalted Venus II election, but no formal petition was made to capture its influence. However, an infusion of blue lotus in jojoba was created following the standard fumigations and prayers, to become a subset of its own. An unreleased Oil was *also* created for Fomalhaut, which had been code named "the golden subset". I took them with me to the beach (see that write-up if you're unfamiliar) and had intended to ritually finish them there, but clear instruction never came, so they were brought back and stored alongside the rest of their brethren. Contemplating whether to add anything to the Lotus subset, the idea of co-mingling the two arose, confirmed by divination.     The Saturnian King subset gets its name from a line in the Orphic Hymn to Jove, as this election seemed like a rare opportunity to capture that particular facet of Jupiter's arcana.     The horns became quite sharp after the pendants were cast and polished. Consideration was given whether to round off the tips in order to make the pieces more friendly to wear, but due to the apotropaic/protective nature of the fixed star the horns were left intact and not dulled. Care should be taken if you plan to be particularly active while wearing this talisman.

    Powdered saltwater pearl + vanilla bean. Wet the face with warm water or apply following a light steam. Make sure the fingers are moist, but not wet, before pouring a small mound onto them. Pat onto the skin to keep it from falling off, and gently rub in soft, circular motions for 1-2 minutes or until you feel it has dissolved. Rinse with warm water and dry.     Honey infused with consecrated Venus' Aerial Delight beautifying herbal blend + emeralds before being finely strained. Whipped with bean, 22kt rose gold, frankincense, and geranium. Clean and exfoliate the skin, perhaps with some Vanilla Bean Pearl Polish, and dry completely. Apply a quarter sized squeeze to dry fingers and begin spreading gently across the skin, which will become easier to spread as it warms. Once a thin layer covers the entire face (and optionally, neck + décolleté), begin patting gently and quickly with the fingers until the mask thickens and becomes tacky — bringing blood flow, and resulting in additional softness/ exfoliation.     Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and cast in a mixed-metal alloy of gold, silver, copper, and tin. [with calcined salts of peacock feather, black Ibis feather, and molted snake skin]. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of S+ Empress, Mercury Cazimi, and Jupiter’s Lightning Rod planetary incenses.

    Water freshly harvested from the headwaters of Mt. Shasta, combined with pure grain alcohol, colloidal gold, and colloidal silver during Sphere + Sundry’s election window, alongside essential oils befitting Quicksilver’s nature and purpose. No artificial dyes or scents. Just very real, unadulterated magic (in the form of 70% alcohol). Sprinkle on the hands, rub them together, and float them over and around auric body top to bottom for a quick energetic cleansing that banishes blocks to creativity and enjoyment. Promotes energetic flow, playfulness, and liberation from anxious states. Delightfully scents the hands. Turkish colognes are often sprinkled upon the hands before entering one’s household or business establishment, providing some natural sanitation and also a delightful scent.     Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and Cast in Electrum; an 80/20 alloy of silver and gold [with calcined salts of frankincense, orange rind, and oak]. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of frankincense, camphor, amber, and saffron.

    ‘One with the Aether’ Cloud King Candles

That too much candle dye was added to (womp womp womp), resulting in an unsafe burn for periods of longer than about 5 minutes at a time. Only the Slim Vigils work well enough to be released into the wild, but they must be treated with the utmost care. Although they are in glass, please put them on an extra fireproof surface and monitor very closely. These should only be used for short weekly devotions, but work extraordinarily well for that purpose. This is the first run of candles we’ve had this issue with, but when dealing with real magic, even the mistakes can be synchronous — these things seek to evaporate as quickly as possible, becoming as one with the Heavens. All Hail the Empyreal flame! Due to my error (deepest apologies), none of these are on offer.     Swamp Gator Subset

    While the goat is probably Saturn's most commonly regarded animal patron (given its association with the sign of Capricorn itself), alligators and crocodiles too are tremendously Saturnian creatures. Primordial... ancient... cold blooded... sedentary… quiet… lurky af… and above all, lethal. Their lifespan is typically from one to two Saturn cycles — some documented cases being far longer — further compounding their natural alliance with the Saturnian sphere. Two Gator sub-sets were created for this series: Swamp and Golden. Swamp Gator is, in two words: down and dirty. The downest and dirtiest in fact — its formulation comprised of actual swamp mud (graciously harvested by Austin’s absolute saint of a mother in the depths of Florida), gator vertebrae, gator teeth, and shavings of skin. All of which were ethically, legally obtained... Fun fact: the alligator population in Florida is approximately 1.3 million, and the Kingdom of Animalia is inherently eco-friendly and sustainable to harvest from in conditions where populations are healthy (in this case overly so), the animal has lived under good conditions (preferably in their native habitat), and they have come to meet a natural or necessary end. The spent corporeal form is one of Saturn’s many gifts to the living, and making practical and magical use of these abandoned Spirit-shells is a worthy tribute to our Outermost Sphere: governor of death, of practicality, and of all well-aged and lifeless matter. Fossilized dinosaur bone is another ingredient in the Swamp Gator sub-set, which is an invitation to explore the deepest, darkest, and most yin aspects of the Saturnian arcana (within and without).     Saturn in Capricorn Talismans

    Resident Sphere + Sundry goldsmith Tony Mack offers to Saturn in Capricorn an unparalleled run of (DROP DEAD GORGEOUS) talismans in the form of pendants and coins, modeled after one of our earliest private collaborations — a set of Degree of Exaltation Saturn rings from its time in Libra 2011, which are worn during the preparation of all our Saturnian sacraments.

    Modeled in hard carver’s wax, and Cast in Electrum; an 80/20 alloy of silver and gold [with calcined salts of ibex tibia, pine resin, cumin, and hemp]. Casting was accompanied by suffumigation of Myrrh.

The center of the pendant was deposited with materia under the rulership of Saturn: pine resin, myrrh, hemp, cumin seed, lead [engraved with the character of Saturn from bk II ch 9 of the Ghayat], sapphire, gold marcasite, vulture feathers, and Cretan ibex tibia [scavenged]; which were sealed with an 18 karat gold setting, mounted with a pyramid-cut onyx.

    Each talisman arrives in a keepsake jewelry box bearing a wax seal of the glyph of Saturn.

    Coins are available for $717 and include a vial of Saturn in Capricorn powder, which can be sprinkled on the bottom of the jewelry box (talismans love basking in the aura of their corresponding herbal matter).     Golden Gator Subset

Goat is for those who are in an active phase of striving and accomplishment (or wish to be). The same person can use both sub-sets in different circumstances, of course!     First of all the deathless gods who dwell on Olympus made a Golden Race of mortal men who lived in the time of Kronos when he was reigning in heaven. And they lived like gods without sorrow of heart, remote and free from toil and grief: miserable age rested not on them; but with legs and arms never failing they made merry with feasting beyond the reach of all evils. When they died, it was as though they were overcome with sleep, and they had all good things; for the fruitful earth unforced bare them fruit abundantly and without stint.
